Beloveds,

In Gratitude for the privilege of life, let us give thanks to the Omnipotent, Masterful, Generous Creator of Every Uni-Verse!

Honoring the Beauty and Magnificence of Our Earth/Heart, Breathe Deeply In and Out 10 times.

Breathing with Patience, we clear our minds of old fears and past failures. Gratefully Accept Lessons Learned.

Today Let Us Honor and Embrace KUUMBA--a Swahili term that allows us to Nurture Creative, Cooperative Love!

Cultural Enrichment Is a Gift that We Can All Use to Help Us to Be Better People, Promote Good Change in Our Society and Become Agents of Peace through Our Thoughts and Actions.

Expressions in various art forms, be it dance, music, drawing, painting, sculpture, theatre, writing or even sports are educational forms of creative play that can forge a path to compassion, good critical thinking, healing, integrity, responsibility, teamwork and social activism. This Is KUUMBA, which means Creative, Cooperative Love.

Through Our Good Actions, Thoughts and Visions, We Embrace Humanity's Potential to Walk with Grace and Wisdom through Love.

Again Breathe and Exhale Deeply. Embrace and Honor the Creativity, the Power, the Wisdom, and Collective Wealth Present on Our Earth-Heart.

For Our Ancestors, Our Elders, Our Families, Our Communities, Our Nations and Every Child We Know and Those Yet to Be Born...

May We All Embrace and Support Artistic & Social Activism.

I Breathe and Exhale Balance and Love Deeply, Four Times.

In Love. Out Balance with Love.  In Love. Out Balance with Love.....

With each breath I Ask for Good Purpose, Balance and total awareness of Love in this moment, Right Now.

For me, this is My Purpose. In Swahili, NIA means Purpose.

My Purpose is to use my gifts to serve others, to walk with Joy and to Live a life of Integrity with Compassion.

Breathe and Exhale Deeply. What Is YOUR Purpose?

That Which I Desire....
Beloveds,

How will I navigate and learn to swim if I am fearful of water?

Learning to swim is like trusting that Love can help me let go of my fear of all the Fish navigating the Waters of Hope.

I Breathe and Exhale Patience and Love Deeply, Four Times.

In Love. Out Patience with Love.  In Love. Out Patience with Love.

In Love. Out Patience with Love.  In Love. Out Patience with Love.

With Gratitude, Commitment and Trust, I step into the Waters of Hope.

The whispers of Love beckon me to imagine myself as a dolphin-- joyful, playful; kind and Loving.

Today, honoring Ujamaa, the Swahili word for Cooperative Economics I open my heart with Gratitude and Trust.

Again, I Breathe and Exhale Patience and Love.  In Love. Out Patience with Love.

I make a Commitment to work for the Good of Our Collective and to Share Resources with the many fish swimming, as we All learn to navigate the Waters of Hope!

UJAMAA! Cooperative Economics!

That which I Desire of Love, I Must Give in Love.

Celebrating Kwanzaa Day 3---Principle of "Ujima", a Swahili word for Collective Work and Responsibility!

Beloveds,

The Moon and the Stars light the night sky with hope so that even in darkness we find our way.

At daybreak the Sun rises and awakens the World. Ocean tides shift as fish journey.

Slumbering trees feel the gentle breeze of the Wind and birds greet us with a Morning Song.

All Creations have a purpose and work together in Loving Unity.

As humans, we to must do our part and live our good purpose so that our communities, nations and the World can Prosper in Peace.

Breathe and Exhale Deeply Four Times.  Feel the four chambers of your heart open with Love.
Today, let us honor the Kwanzaa Principle of "Ujima", a Swahili word for Collective Work and Responsibility!
We have a responsibility and an obligation to educate and nurture our children in Safe Communities of Love in a World of Peace and Prosperity!

Breathe and Exhale Deeply.  Say Together...

"I am willing to take responsibility for the well-being of Our Earth and Our World by using my gifts to help others so that we can All actively work, prosper, and live together in Unity through Love."

A Prayer for Humanity: A Breathing Meditation to Share with the World!

A Prayer for Humanity: A Breathing Meditation to Share with the World!
Beloveds,

May the Blessings of Love be with All People and Our Sentient Family on Earth/Heart.

May we as humans honor every living thing, and see the magnificent elements and creations of Our Blessed Divine One working together for Good.

May we all Awaken from the nightmare of envy, greed and disdain for eachother.

May we no longer live in fear, or desire power to control and subjugate those who are different.

May we work to create bridges of understanding and equity with Peace in our hearts, our communities, our nations and our Earth/Heart.

May we be models of Love for our Children so that they feel at ease walking as Beings of Light.

Let us Breathe and Exhale Four Times.  With each breathe we say:

"I am a Lighted Being of Love.  I See, Reflect and Share Love with ALL Around Me.  We Are Lighted Beings of Love.  We See, Reflect and Share Love with ALL Around Us."

Today we Pray that Grace will move through us and that our hearts are filled with compassion and kindness.

If I or you have offended anyone, let us ask to be forgiven. And let us offer forgiveness for those painful memories caused to us by others.

Because We Are ONE In Love, Integrity and Patience become a Singular Thought.

Because I Am, and You are Lighted Beings of Love, We See, Reflect and Share Love with All Around Us.

We walk the path of Hope and discover Joy in every moment as we breathe.

I am, and You Are Human.  We are learning and becoming; opening to Divine Understanding and Honoring the Good Potential of All.

"I am a Lighted Being of Love.  I See, Reflect and Share Love with ALL Around Me.  We Are Lighted Beings of Love.  We See, Reflect and Share Love with ALL Around Us."

This is Our Prayer, Our Hope, Our Dream and Our Reality Throughout Every Uni-Verse.

A LovingKindness Meditation

Beloveds,

Take a moment and still your mind.  Breathe and Exhale Deeply Four Times.

With each breath,  imagine that you are opening your heart. Feel a rainbow of Grace and Love as it fills your heart and moves through your entire body.

Again, Breathe and Exhale Deeply Four Times.  What Does a Rainbow of Love and Grace Feel Like?  Sit with that feeling as you continue to breathe.

May we heal by offering forgiveness and mercy to ourselves and all others. May we honor all sentient beings.

May we seek understanding and honor all cultures as we learn to Love each other as a diverse human collective.

May we unlease our true potential  of goodness, and allow our every act to reflect compassion, kindness,  and hope.

May our hearts stay open with ease and Grace as we decide that good, sustainable change is possible only through Love.

May we do harm to none, use technology to assist and see All safe and happy in a World without envy, greed, hate or violence.

May we share our resources  with Love so that each child and every family to have  clean water, healthy food, education, and good opportunity to prosper and grow in flourishing communities on Earth/Heart.

Again, Breathe and Exhale Deeply Four Times. In Love. Out Love. In Love. Out Love. In Love. Out Love. In Love. Out Love.

May we walk  always with Grace, Loving thoughts and actions and re-member that Peace Is Possible Only through Compassion, Forgiveness, Kindness, Mercy and Love.

Always, Melony

Peace is Possible through Compassion, Hope, Forgiveness, Integrity, Kindness, Mercy and the Grace of  Love!
