"Good afternoon Melony, I would like to start off by apologizing for bringing negative energy to the Group today. That wasn’t the best representation of myself, and I regret anything I may have taken from the Group. I also want to thank you for your time and effort. It’s not everyday a person can be so negative, and get such a respectful response in return, even when they don’t deserve it. I can tell you care about people in a more meaningful way than just on the surface. That’s your gift and I’m grateful you shared it with me."    ---A Loving Heart

When I was offered this Profound Apology, it touched my heart and healed many, many old wounds with Love.   

I thought of all the times that I myself had fallen short of being my best self and had needed to Apologize. 

An Apology offered is one of the most Compassionate and Loving Acts that we can offer ourselves and others.   

An Apology opens the door to Hope and allows Us to Live with Dignity and Love.

Today let us consider the Healing of an Apology.

Happy Summer Solstice! 

In the Time of material greed, corruption, evil, hate, systemic racism and religious wars, there was a Woman who had traveled far and faced many demons. 

Along the way she had made some good decisions; and some bad decisions that offered good lessons. 

She had helped many people but when she thought she needed help, no one was there. She felt disappointed and terribly alone. She prayed for Deeper Understanding. 

One day a few Wise Ones came to her in a dream.  They held her hand and wiped her tears.  They sat quietly with her and watched the Stars as they glistened in the darkness.  

In Unison The Wise Ones said to the Woman...

 "Trust in the Light - Trust in the Spirit - Know that you will always be a part of who I AM and a part of ME." 

The Woman awakened  from her dream with New Understanding; feeling safe, nurtured and Loved.  

She felt that the Wise Ones were the GOD Living and traveling within Her.  

So often the Strong Ones feel that they journey alone, trying to offer others compassion, hope and understanding.   It is important to remember that We Are Never Alone. 

Please, Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times.

Remember These Words in Your Heart....  

"Trust in the Light - Trust in the Spirit - Know that you will always be a part of who I AM and a part of ME." 

Try to Live and Walk with Courage, Compassion, Faith, Hope, Integrity, Mercy and a Deeper Understanding.  

And during the difficult times, when in doubt, never forget the words of the great poet and wisdom teacher HAFIZ...

Right now feel MotherEarth’s Love through flowers, fruits, vegetables, plants, trees, the sparkling sun, the glistening moon, twinkling stars, and the magical rainbow sky.

 Let us each take time to embrace Goodness, then let us share Goodness with each other. 

We Commit To Become Responsible Stewards of the Environment of Our EarthHeart.

Right now let us forgive ourselves, and each other as we learn to release any vestiges of pain, ego, hate and fear we have of one another.
