Because I Know that Peace is Possible through Compassionate Actions, Cooperation, Courage, Creativity, Deep Listening, Equality, Equity, Faith, Forgiveness, Good Purpose, Healing, Hope, Integrity, Joy, Kindness, Mercy, Patience, Respect, Tenacity, Understanding, Wisdom and LOVE....

Today I Will Make New Vows for Peace.

Deeply I Breathe and Exhale In Peace Ten Times.

1. Each day I will organize the details of my life so that my mind, body and heart are in an alignment of Peace.

2. I will work vigorously to exceed my own expectations of Peace.

3. I will do something I enjoy everyday; and share joyously, with a Peaceful heart.

4. When Divine Spirit speaks through others, even when there is conflict, I will listen Peacefully, search for understanding and respond with compassion.

5. With each breath of Peace, I will trust that as I am ready, all will be revealed with Love!

6. I Vow to ReMember that Peace is Possible through Compassionate Actions, Cooperation, Courage, Creativity, Deep Listening, Equality, Equity, Faith, Forgiveness, Good Purpose, Hope, Integrity, Joy, Kindness, Mercy, Patience, Respect, Tenacity, Understanding, Wisdom and Love!

7. I will honor the Peace, walk in courage with Peace, live with integrity in Peace, be the Peace, call for equity with Peace, teach Peace and Vision a Loving Peace Everywhere; In Every Heart!

Let us hug eachother, be tender with each other and send our Loving thoughts to Tyre's Beloved Mother, Father, Family Members and the Memphis Community. 

We Offer Our Prayers of Compassion and Love As We Honor the Life of Tyre Nichols.

 Now, with courage we embrace the hurt and pain of every mother, father, brother, sister, family member or friend who has lost a Loved One due to the violence of a broken police culture where some of its members have lost sight of Humanity.  

Just continue to Breathe. 

It is an especially horrific feeling knowing that our Sons and Daughters are Not Safe and that the ones that we depend on to protect them have become the perpetrators of heinous, violent crimes.

It is heartbreaking. Even in our sorrow we must continue to send Loving thoughts and Demand JUSTICE for #TyreNichols and for All who have been victims of violence by police across the nation.

When you have been hurt, wounded or discouraged, simply stop and still your mind.  

Breathe Deeply Ten Times.

With each breath, Inhale Patience filled with the Oxygen of Love.  

Exhale Hurt, Pain and Disappointment. 

Take Your Time. Keep Breathing Deeply.

It is true that we are living in a World where egotism, fear, hate, materialism and violence have taken center stage in our economic, social and political arena.  

It is also true that those with small minds may try to destroy those who know Truth with deception and lies.

Those with small minds will try hard to distract you before their own inadequacy or fear of Equity and Good Change is discovered.  

This minority of people often will attempt to sabotage or undermine your positive intentions and actions. 

Evil ones may even try to rain on a joy parade or burst your bubble of enthusiasm and happiness.

They will use the media to confuse and suppress those who live with Integrity, Good Intention and Purpose.

Evil ones will attack Good Efforts of Progress and All those who speak out against evil.

You will be bombarded with so much negativity that if you are not careful, it can result in a loss of Hope.  

Do not let evil paralyze the Goodness In Your Hearts and Our World.

Re-Member Good Will Win through Our Courage, Our Faith, Our Persistent Integrity, Our Positive Tenacity, Our Hope and Our Consistent Good Efforts. 

Focus on Goodness and the Changes we must make to insure a Better World for Our Children.

Please do not try to fight evil with evil. Do not become hateful or seek vengeance with your words.  

Stop filling your minds and hearts with useless evil propaganda. Stop discussing, promoting and giving evil a platform. 

Stop Doubting Yourselves. Stop Creating a Fearful Reality. 

Remember this...When You Awaken and Walk In Truth, no matter the obstacles; New Doors will appear through Grace.  

We Must Focus on Building Bridges of Creativity, Cooperation, Education, Healing, Equanimity, Justice, Economic Prosperity to Share and Peace. 

Try to Keep Your Hearts Open. Walk Only with Right Thoughts, Words and Actions of Truth.

Listen to the whispers of the MultiVerse and the cries of the winds, the mountains and oceans.

We are hearing and feeling the echoes of dissonant harmonics of Mother Earth. Our greed causes imbalance, death and destruction. Our many actions of violence and hate are disrupting the Creator's Heart.

ReBirth and Transformation are possible only through a Resurgence of Love.

Only through Love can we provide safety for our Children; nurturing them and our Elders with Hope through Grace so that our Earth Garden, Hearts and Souls Blossom with Good Dreams and makes room for new opportunity, Grace and Mercy.

In Order to Heal Our Hearts and Our World We Must Ask For, and Embrace the Divine Wisdom that Resides Deep Within Our Souls.

We must honor and respect each other; and through our diplomatic actions call for an end to the many economic, racial, social, spiritual and political injustices, as well as the end of violence and war.
