Moving East

Beloveds,

When most people are moving west but your heart says go east, have the courage to follow your heart!

You will learn new lessons from all sentient beings. The rocks and trees will guide you. Flowers and other vegetation will nourish you. Birds and the wind will teach you songs of Grace. The sun, the moon and the stars will provide loving solace. Have faith in love.

Go east with divine blessings of strength. Climb your personal mountains. Rest in the valleys. Hear the echo of hope. Live Your Destiny!

Seeing Beauty

Beloveds,
Beautiful is the one who overcomes fear; forsakes greed; understands pain; shares the gifts of their heart; and moves forward joyfully into the light of love to meet their destiny! Each of You are Beautiful Spirits ever- awakening and moving forward in Grace! You Are Beautiful!

On Laughter

Beloveds,
When we are running to catch the bus and miss it anyway, or we forget where we put the house keys, or the computer get a virus or crashes; we often realize that even email is secondary to hearing a friendly voice.

For all this, share a moment of laughter. After all, we make plans to run and the Universe laughs! Look at it this way--- sometimes laughter clears our heart, helps us to slow down and shows us how breathe more deeply. Laughter can also provide the cure to a tense situation! What do you have to laugh about today?

In Difficulty

Beloveds,

Many in great difficulty have heard the re-assuring voice that says,
"I will walk with you throughout life. Sometimes it will appear that I am behind you. Other times that I am ahead or beside you. When you fall I will pick you up. Have faith and believe. Like a phoenix, we will fly with hope and share Our Love."

When we listen to the VOICE, we embrace peace and understand that the Infinite Power of Love resides within each of us! We Are Never Alone!

Be An Instrument

Beloveds,
Begin this day with a genuine Thank You. Pray that you walk with only a kind word. Step with the rhythm of peace. Breathe deeply and honor our Creator with your good thoughts and gratitude through the day.

Offer the gift of patience to yourself and all others with respect. Allow yourself to be an instrument of hope, healing and mercy!

Overstanding

Beloveds,

I may not understand each circumstance, or reason why, but I stand with you. I will be there as your friend if you desire, in the both the calm and the storms of life.

We may travel different paths or dis-agree in the moment but somewhere in the Universal loop of overstanding--- what has always been and will always be is my hope and appreciation for you and your unique journey.

What is overstanding? Overstanding is the gift of love without condition, just because!

It is being able to speak from your heart and say for all time, "I Stand With You!"

Hearts of Charity

"Oh You who believe, enter into total peace"
(The Qu'ran, Sura, The Cow," Number 2,Verse 208)

Beloveds,
Let us believe in goodness and allow the charity of our hearts to guide us in caring for and loving our neighbors! Ramadan, a month of prayer and fasting has begun.

Let us honor our brothers and sisters of Islam in this time of fasting and reflection. Know that regardless of our faith tradition, we are All children of a Compassionate, Merciful Creator!

Let us walk together with peaceful hearts!
