Compassion and Patience will prepare a daily feast of Forgiveness so that you let go of your pain, and heal.

Mercy will visit in your dreams, and you will learn to look forward and walk humbly into All the Pathways of Good.

Every day Joy will awaken you, so that your heart is filled with Integrity and the Truth of My Heart.

Affirm and Say to Yourself...

"I begin this Day in Gratitude and Awareness.

I have the flexibility of a monkey,

the courage of an elephant

and the gentleness of a dove.

I draw on the wisdom of trees and dolphins

and honor the luminosity of our Mother Earth-Heart.

I walk simply with determination, integrity 

respect and appreciation of myself and all others.

I am a vessel open; ready to share and receive.

I honor life's mystery and allow Love

WE Are the Majority!

We Are the Majority!

 History has taught us that diplomacy and conversation are the only ways to move forward with good intent. We know that violence will never provide long term solutions to the many challenges facing our Human Collective.

Have we forgotten our good efforts of diplomacy?  Why have we stopped talking and listening to eachother? 

Fear, hatred, greed and injustice appear to have become aligned. In many instances, our sense of right or wrong is driven by mis-understanding, as well as a desire to control and promulgate dis-respect of eachother.

Because of wrong actions by a few, we have forgotten Peace in Our Hearts. The truth is, some of us have even forgotten what it is to Love.

I ponder children without hope killing children on city streets or drones, rockets, and ak-47's destroying babies, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends and neighbors across our precious Earth/Heart.

I allow myself to cry in anger and despair.

I Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times and honor the Master Creator and all sentient beings with Love.

Then I gather my good energy. Tears act as an opening for my heart to join the many other beautiful hearts desiring to build bridges of cooperation across the Earth.

 I breathe deeply in Gratitude for the Hope and Faith that lives in my broken heart.

Let Us Pray for compassionate listening, loving actions, healing and peaceful resolutions.

Please answer Love's Call. We Are the Majority. Open your hearts with patience, cooperation and a desire for understanding. Join me and offer your strong voices and prayers of compassion, forgiveness, Love and mercy for all of Humanity.

May we align our minds and our hearts with a willingness to act with peace, live in peace and become the Peace.

We Are the Majority. May we vision and build a world where all children are nurtured and safe from violent actions.

May we build bridges of cooperation so that  All children can Love, live, dream, achieve, and prosper on a sustainable Earth/Heart with a vivid Loving Peace for hundreds of generations to come!

Breathe Deeply In and Out Ten Times.  Remember Why You Are Here! You are a Miracle; here to experience the beauty of Our Mother Earth; to sing with the birds, and learn from the trees as they share oxygen so you can breathe.

You are here like a caterpillar in order to grow and have the courage to transform into a beautiful butterfly that soars in gratitude.

You are here to offer your talent and gifts of compassion; just as the bee offers honey for healing.

You are here to befriend your world neighbors and to learn to live in Peace as you honor the oceans and rivers so that there is clean water to drink and nurture our Universal Sentient Family for Future Generations .

There are so very many good reasons why you are here!

Deciding to Love More!

Beloveds---

The Sun has not yet risen but the birds are singing of peace in the early morning dawn.  The cool breeze is like the breath of life dancing, awakening the palm trees.  I Breathe Deeply in the stillness of each moment.

8 Times I Breathe in the air of gentle salt as the waters from the ocean tide that beckons me in the song of Love More.  I exhale deeply with each breath. HAAAAAAAAA.  

The breath becomes like a rocket of gratitude that shoots through my heart and gives me the courage to feel the spirit of peace.  I Breathe in and out.  HAAAAAAAA.

I sit and watch the as the sunshine pours through the hearts of  Mothers, Fathers  and Grandparents; rising to prepare for the sons and daughters, the aunts and uncles,  the cousins and strangers who will become friends and act as Godmothers and Godfathers to All Earth's Children of Love.

It takes moxie to Breathe and Awaken; to decide to Love More.  

Together We Gather and Sing and Pray.  We honor our Ancestors and become the Rainbow Tribe of Hope. Together We Breathe. HAAAAAAAA.

With each breath we breathe and believe, we are given the understanding of truth and the gift of compassion as we Love More.

We Breathe in JOY!  HAAAAAAAAAAAA!  We Learn to Live and Love More!

the opportunity to be Good
and to offer our lives
in service to Good.

The Light of Love is
the Greatest Gift within You.

Believe it.

I am grateful to open my eyes, to stand, to walk, to bow and greet the four directions of Our Blessed Earth/Heart in the New Day of Possibility.

I Breathe In Deeply, feeling the Oxygen of Love move through every part of my being.

Knowing I am rooted in Love, I exhale Self Doubt and open my heart with Flexibility.

I Breathe Deeply Eight Times. In Oxygen of Love. Out Self Doubt.

With each new breath, my heart opens with Flexibility.

I Breathe Deeply again and again. In Oxygen of Love. Out Self Doubt.
