With This Beautiful Full Moon, Breathe Deeply and Say... "I Have the Courage to Be Myself!"

Beloveds,

With This Beautiful Full Moon, Breathe Deeply and Say...
"I Have the Courage to Be Myself!"

Each and Every Day through the Gift of Unselfish Love, Our Blessed MotherFatherMaster Creator nurtures our Heart/Earth.

In the light of Moon, we are offered the opportunity of Spiritual health, honorable relationships and expanded peace to grow and prosper.

Some will close the blinds, shutters, doors and their hearts on the Moon's brilliance. I will not ignore the LIGHT.

With Gratitude, I Breathe Deeply Six Times. Each Time Slowly I Exhale.

Each Breath becomes like the Full Moon offering compassion; shining a bright Light of Authentic Love.

I Breathe In Compassion. Out Love. In Compassion. Out Love.

Feeling the Light of Eternity, I accept the challenge to be Myself and expand in Compassion through the Light of Authentic Love.

I Have the Courage to Be Myself!

Deeply I Breathe... In Compassion. Out Love. In Compassion. Out Love! In Compassion. Out Love. In Compassion. Out Love! In Compassion. Out Love. In Compassion. Out Love! In Compassion. Out Love. In Compassion. Out Love!

Always, Melony

Thank You For Your Concern, Collective Prayers and Courage

Thank You For Your Concern,
Collective Prayers and Courage!

Beloveds---

Thank You For Your Concern, Collective Prayers and Courage to help build a better World where all of us have the opportunity to prosper in good health, safety, and Love; with unlimited opportunity to live and dream and contribute our unique gifts. I Appreciate YOU!

Recently I was feeling sad and thinking that my work as an ordinary citizen and spiritual peacemaker was insignificant.  A dear friend reminded me that our good actions, thoughts and prayers always do make a difference.

He also told me that alone we are not the change but instead we are the catalyst for change.  In my impatience, I had forgotten that real change, good change that is systemic and long-lasting takes a very, very long time.  And when we look at our existence as humans on Earth, this is true.  In fact, in our quest for material success, sometimes it appears that we have taken a several steps backwards.

This is why I am asking that we take a  look at the current fearful reality that we have created so that we can move forward with a desire and a commitment to create a World with Cooperative, Sustainable Love where unlimited generations of Our Children can prosper with respect for each other, preserve and share the Earth's abundance, and live in safety with Joy.

Take a moment to still yourself.  Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times.  In Hope with Love. Out Hope With Love. In Hope with Love. Out Hope With Love. In Hope with Love. Out Hope With Love....

Now let us open our hearts to Truth.  In Atlanta, Chicago, New York and across the United States, in South America, Ukraine and throughout Europe, Israel, Gaza, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Pakistan, Tibet, Kenya, Nigeria, Sudan, and throughout many other parts of Africa, Asia and Australia--virtually Everywhere on Earth---violence has become a part of the culture we impose on Our Children through entertainment media and improper use of technology.

Violence is also used to control others, sometimes by law enforcement, the military, militia and terrorists--- many times for political gain, in greed, in despair and desperation, even in quests for Freedom!

And yet violence never offers hope, compassion, healing, or forgiveness.  Only Courage, Education, Mercy, Respect, Understanding, Wisdom and Love Offer Hope, Compassion, Forgiveness and Healing, As Bridges to Real Cooperation and Peace for Our Human Collective.

Please re-member to keep breathing.  In Hope with Love. Out Hope With Love.  In Hope with Love. Out Hope With Love.

We are often told by our politicians, leaders and the media that there is a just cause for violence  and war.  They tell us that every nation, and human being has a right to defend themselves.  We share and spend billions in missiles, bombs, drones and guns.

How many  innocents civilians--- elders, women, men and children, have been killed in disputes in their homes, walking the streets, visiting malls or riding buses, trains and airplanes across the World?  Too Many.  Far Too Many!

And why then is it that when soldiers come back from battle, we offer inadequate resources for healing of mind, body and spirit.  How many of those wounded veterans are suffering or homeless?   Too Many.  Far Too Many!

When we know the Truth, we have a responsibility to use the moral compass of our hearts to act as Catalysts for Good Change through Education, Cooperation and Sincere Efforts to Bring and Be the Peace!!!

The Truth is, we ourselves must stop hating, and killing in our minds and hearts!  We must insist that our leaders and politicians become true servant leaders and advocates of Equity, Compassion, Peace and Prosperity For ALL People; honoring all Faiths and Cultures!

And Yes, real change, good change that is systemic and long-lasting does takes a very, very long time.  The road is long, steep and sometime arduous.  It will not be easy but with patience and unselfish Love, we can each use our unique gifts and become Catalysts for Good Change.

Again, Breathe Deeply. In Hope with Love. Out Hope With Love.  In Hope with Love. Out Hope With Love.

Today, let us humbly move forward with a desire and a commitment to create a World with Cooperative, Sustainable Love where unlimited generations of Our Children can prosper with respect for each other, preserve and share the Earth's abundance, and live in safety with Joy.

Thank You For Your Concern, Collective Prayers and Courage to help build a better World!

Be An Instrument of Grace.

Be An Instrument of Grace.
Today, Let Us Take a Moment to Breathe and Exhale Deeply Many Times.
In Courage, Integrity and Love. Out Courage, Integrity and Love.
Humanity has Unlimited Potential to Share with Compassion and Grow in Love.
We must commit to see the best in others, and to believe that there is Good in Our World.
So often we spend so much time proving that others are wrong, We Forget about the Good That Is Possible.
Our World Has Many Challenges. People are starving. We need better education and housing with Equity for All.
What if we looked at all that Is working, and made a commitment to do more Good?
What if even in disagreement, we were able to listen to eachother?
Could We Come to More Understanding?
What If You and I Stopped Bickering, and We Decided to Have More Courage to Allow Our Thoughts and Actions to Reflect Only Integrity and Love?
You Know What?  We Could Make Our Lives Better.  We Could Change the World!
Again, Breathe and Exhale Deeply.  In Courage with Integrity and Love.  Out Courage with Integrity and Love.
Today, Be An Instrument of Grace. Live the Melody of Compassion, Kindness and Love!
Peace is Possible through Compassion, Forgiveness, Kindness, Mercy, Respect, Understanding and--- The Grace of Love!

Cherish Lillies of Hope!

Cherish Lillies of Hope!
I Breathe and Exhale Deeply Six Times.
I sit and contemplate the mystery of the Lillies. In my home. Shared by a Friend.
They have blossomed and reminded me that the Truth of Love is held always in the heart of a Generous Spirit.
The beauty of Life lies in the Offering of Compassion and Kindness.
We are all Worthy to find Joy in the simple pleasures. A conversation with friends brings laughter and sometimes tears reminding us that we are not alone.
It is possible that every humble home can be a Heaven On Earth.
For me, No matter Where I Am, When I Offer My Best with Love, Lillies of Hope Guide My Path of Courage with Grace, Gratitude and Good Purpose.
Always, Melony

"From What We Get..." Arthur Ashe

"From What We Get..." Arthur Ashe

"From what we get, we can make a living; what we give, however, makes a life." Arthur Ashe

Beloveds,

Take a moment to Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times. Let us ponder the unresolved issues of race and class in America, and Worldwide as well as the many acts of violence permeating Our Earth/Heart."

Healing can occur only when we openly admit Truth.

"From what we get, we can make a living; what we give, however, makes a life."
These are the words of humanitarian, author and tennis great, Arthur Ashe.

Part of His story and Our story was told beautifully in an award winning docu-drama written, starring, funded and produced by Joseph H. James Jr.
www.joejamesjr.com/arthur.htm

This 80 minute film titled "Arthur! A Celebration of Life!" is a beautiful journey of Revelation and Truth that deeply touched my heart.

An important family/educational film, it explores race and segregation in America, having a passion for tennis and being an "underdog" as well as a monumental world-wide tennis success and humanitarian. It also explores living with Aids because of a blood transfusion and dying with dignity as an American Hero and World Citizen.

It is a deeply moving film with an ethereal air and beautiful music. Its ensemble cast includes Monet Dunham, Elain R. Graham, Brenda Jordan, Terria Joseph, and Marlene McCoy, with music by Ebony Joann, Alicia Keys and others. It has been reported that the cast, crew and musicians gave their time in honor of a True World Hero, Arthur Ashe.

"Arthur, A Celebration of Life!" is a docu-drama of which we can all be proud. It is my hope that it becomes circulated Worldwide and used as a basis for a commercial feature film by Joseph H. James, Jr. I am deeply inspired by this beautiful film and thank Joseph H. James, Jr. and All involved in this project.

I also sincerely thank Arthur Ashe's wife, Jeanne Moutoussamy Ashe and their daughter Camera Ashe for all the beautiful ways that they continue the legacy of Arthur Ashe.

Today please join me in contemplating the words of Arthur Ashe...

"True heroism is remarkably sober, very undramatic. It is not the urge to surpass all others at whatever cost, but the urge to serve others at whatever cost."

In Celebration of Love, jazz singer/actress Vea Williams and I Ask You For Your Good Wishes and Generous Financial Contributions to POISE Foundation Betty J. Tilman Good Neighbor Legacy Fund
in honor of My Activist Mother,
Betty J. Tilman!

Blessings of Love and Light, Melony

Announcing the Creation of the POISE Foundation
Betty J Tilman Good Neighbor Legacy Fund  www.poisefoundation.org

Dear Friends and Citizens of the World:

My name is Loretta Veatrice Williams aka Vea Williams*.  Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, I am NYC based jazz singer/song stylist & writer/actress. From a very early age I experienced being loved and nurtured by my parents, siblings and other members of the community such as Ms. Betty J. Tilman.

In 1973 while I was a member  of the University and City Ministries (UACM) Gospel Choir, Ms. Betty arranged and escorted us on a life affirming journey to East Africa.  Recognizing my potential, when we returned, she then arranged for me to perform the opening song for the Ebony Fashion Fair at Heinz Hall  in Pittsburgh.  She also has a special silk dress made for me to wear for the performance. Ms. Betty's gift of love, her faith in my creativity and constant support has helped me to develop and grow into the woman and artist I am today.

Ms. Betty J. Tilman has inspired and impacted the lives of thousands of students, young people and adults by encouraging them to be good critical thinkers, building their self esteem and encouraging them to excel in their chosen careers.  She continues to build bridges of cooperation and support as she actively educates many in the Pittsburgh, PA community.

This is why I am asking you to join me and continue to support  her legacy and important work by making your generous tax deductible contributions to the Betty J Tilman Good Neighbor Legacy Fund created by her daughter, Rev. Melony McGant.

The income from this fund is to be used for organizations or venues that bring awareness to the importance of nurturing children/young adults so that they become critical thinkers and know the history of those who have created Pathways of Hope in Western Pennsylvania and the World.  It will help educate  the community and encourage participation  in projects that help children/young adults learn to embrace their culture, use their creativity and technology, develop their intellectual acumen, understand the legislative process, as well as the importance and power of the vote in a democratic society; And become good citizens of the World.  It will honor the legacy of  Betty J. Tilman and others who act as Go-Givers.

Thank YOU In Advance For Your Good Wishes and Generous Contribution to the Betty J Tilman Good Neighbor Legacy Fund. www.poisefoundation.org

True Friends Are Personal Angels!

         True Friends Are Personal Angels!

Beloveds,

True Friends Are Personal Angels. Yes. Personal Angels!

They show up when needed, give space with care, nurture us through disappointment, or tough times, and encourage us to live our greatness.

A true friend shares your life passages of success and failure, and often lifts you up to begin again with Courage, Integrity and Love.

A friend shares our laughter and tears; sadness and joy, and reminds us to cherish the good of our lives.

Through Abiding Love, friends are members of Our Divine Family.

Breathe Deeply and Exhale Slowly Six Times.

In Love. Out Love.   In Love. Out Love.   In Love. Out Love.
In Love. Out Love.   In Love. Out Love.   In Love. Out Love.
Today Let's Celebrate Our Personal Angels and the Gift of True Friendship!

Always, Melony
