Beloveds,

People may ignore you because of where you come from, your social status, your religious beliefs or your race.  Even your birth family may choose to close their hearts to you when you have been baptized in Love. Walk In Truth Anyway. 

Still yourself and open your heart.   Breathe and Exhale Deeply, Many Times.

Let go of all the places in your heart where you have been hurt or disappointed, and where you have hurt or disappointed yourself, or others. 

Offer Forgiveness to All, including yourself.  Let Rainbows of Compassion and Humility  begin to cleanse your soul.

Keep Breathing Deeply. Embrace the cloak of Courage and Integrity.  

Every wound gives temporary pain but also is a lesson in acquiring Strength in times of adversity. 

The fractured or broken bones, your muscles, your brain and your tender heart are always healing through your genuine ability to see the joy in overcoming whatever challenges we face.  This is Life.

Your Destiny lies beyond the disappointments or failures.  Your Destiny  will not be marred by jealous thoughts or petty actions.

 Your Destiny Resides In the Heart of Love.  This Is Truth.

Truth is the only way to live as a Being of Love.  Knowing, speaking and being the Truth is how we live Our Purpose. 

 No matter the obstacles, Everyone has a Purpose and a Contribution to make on this planet. It is something that only You can do, or say or write in the fabric of time.

Beloveds,

I Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times. Today Joy moves through me as I learn Compassion and Humility.   As Jesus Would Say....I am ONE. We Are ONE!

I am ONE  with all sentient beings…the sky, the clouds, the sun, the rain, the trees that sway and dance in the wind, and the birds that greet me in song.

I am One  with the Spirit of Sophia, Mother Theresa, Mohandis, Malcolm, Martin, John, and Edward, as well as  Ruth, Isaac, Joshua, Moses, Mary, Jesus, Khadeeja, Mohammed, Shams, Rumi, Buddha, Kuan Yin and  Sojourner Truth.

I am ONE with the woman suffering from breast cancer and  the man suffering and dying from lung cancer and the woman in Afghanistan whose  family was killed by a drone.

I am ONE with the with the lost souls of ISIS, Boko Haram and hostages and victims everywhere, as well as the homeless woman pushing  the cart with all her worldly possessions and warning us of our greed though we  don’t often listen.

I am One with the Tibetan who was told by Chairman Mao that religion is poison and every Tibetan across the Earth unable to return to their homeland.

I am One with the starving children everywhere, as well as  the  Israeli or Palestinian with a gun in his or her hand.

I am One with all those Ascended, every child born at  this moment, and the great-grandparents who are taking their last breath on this Earth Realm.

I am ONE with the artist struggling to show us the  way and the politician disgraced in shame.

I am ONE with those who  have Awakened in Love and those filled with disappointment or fear.

Circumstances make no difference to me for I embrace the  journey and see the Divine in those who may not see the Divine in  themselves.

I am One with All World Leaders who need more Courage to say  stop the killing everywhere and the Dalai Lama whom asks us to live in Peace.

In my dreams the Buffalo Woman, the Morning Dove and the  Golden Hawk guide me as my heart becomes filled with Ancient Prayers of  All Traditions.

I am One with the caterpillar and the butterfly. 

As Jesus Would Say....I am ONE. We Are ONE!

I am  One with the Buddhist, the Christian, the Jew, the Moslem, the Bahai, the  Hindu, the Yoruba, the Janist, the Naturalist, the One who doesn’t believe in G-d, and the One Lost in their material identity and always needing  more….

Today Joy moves through me as Compassion, Humility and  Understanding Become a Way of Life...

For In You--- I see the Reflection of  Me and know that through Love... WE ARE ONE.

Today, I took my belabored heart to the Tree of Wisdom and cried for the children of every conversation and act of terrorism where Greed and Destruction took center stage with Hate, and tried to pillage even the Universal Heart of Love.

Much was destroyed and many were harmed needlessly.

Wisdom they say, always speaks through the Heart. We must have the Courage to see, speak and act with Wisdom and Love.

The ability to create a Safe World for All Children of All Cultures and Faith or ReligiousTraditions  Is Possible Only By Allowing Love to Lead.

Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times.  Let the out breath be slow and healing as you release fear and decide to share Courage, Love and Wisdom.

Spring Reflections...


Beloveds---

I take a moment to still myself and bow in Gratitude to the Blessed Creator for my life of Purpose.

I Breathe Deeply 10 Times.  In Courage, Out  Integrity with Purpose.

I pray that we All continue to learn to take greater steps on the path of Love.

Right Now, let us offer prayers for those who are lost, suffering and in need of our Compassion. 


May Humanity Awaken with Integrity and allow Love to lead so that our Children thrive and grow and prosper with good dreams everywhere throughout the World.

I pray and sit in silence asking for guidance and direction.  If you were to ask have we failed, I would say that I don't know the answer. 

Often I feel as If I have failed, and that my miniscule actions leave no footprints in the sands of time.  And yet there is a place deep in my heart that tells me that I am wrong.  It is only my disappointment that causes this pain in my heart to move through my body as my nerve endings become filled with acute anxiety. 

What I am feeling is what many of you may be feeling.  The question some of us may be asking  in this time of painful transformation is "Will Hope Be Enough for All to Re-Connect to Our Divine Source of Love?".   The Truth Is that All Actions of Love Make this World Better! 

I close my eyes, trust and allow time to pass.  I continue to breathe and exhale.  In Hope.  Out Love.  I follow the Light through the darkness.  Each step I take into my heart fills me with Grace and gives me Hope. 

I vision Good Change on Earth.  Good Change is not always comfortable or easy.  Sometimes Change brings confusion and chaos.  I Breathe.  The World Is Changing.  I Am Changing.

I hold on to Faith and ask for more Courage.  I keep moving towards the Light.  I Breathe.  In Hope.  Out Love.  I thank Our Blessed Creator.  I honor Our Ancestors, Angels and Saints.

It is Spring.  As I step into Good Change, I imagine that I become the Light.  All around me are other Lights.  We are those Spirits Awakening with Respect and Integrity.  Together We Are Breathing.  In Hope. Out Love.

My dream continues. Collectively we honor our Elders and our Children. We vision a World of Loving Peace where there is equity,  good education and housing; as well as a blossoming sustenance and Good Possibility for All.  We share Lovingly.  We Forgive. We smile and decide to work together to help heal our broken hearts and our Earth/Heart.

Somewhere buttercups, tulips and magnolia trees are beginning to blossom. Robins and hummingbirds sing.  The powerful voice of blue jays is heard even by dolphins and whales.  The oceans roar and the wind calls on us to Love.  And Love vibrates and spins new melodies.

Yes.  It is Spring, and Change Is Here!  Hope, Love and New Possibility fill the air.  It is time to continue our individual and Collective Journeys with  Courage, Integrity, Purpose and Respect for Eachother. 

Peace is Possible through Compassion, Forgiveness, Integrity,  Kindness, Mercy and the Grace of Love!

Though some of you
try not to think of US
or feel our energy,
like an arrow the very thought
of Potential Oneness
always creates a bulls eye of Love
in Our OneHeart;


Much like thousands of eons ago
when the Uni-Verse was being created
and All were Spirits of Light
learning to Love.


So many Spirits came separately to Earth
and sometimes were seduced
by the Power of Darkness.


Some found each other as Warriors
from different lands;
vowing to conquer;
forgetting memory of a Divine Purpose.


Each time you partially
Awakened throughout the ages of Time;
from the Stars and Heavens,
throughout every known or
unknown Galaxy...


We Called for You.
We Sang and Danced for You.
We Prayed for You.


Was there ever a right time? 

 You have lost us; and found us
again and again---lifetime after lifetime.


Still so many were caught up
in cycles of mire and material illusion.


Some of you grew to doubt our sincerity,
and looked everywhere but Within
for the purity of your hearts,
which once you gave freely,
and now, do not admit to Re-Membering.


We Are Forever ONE,
fully Awakened and Re-born
in the Creator's Love.


We Are Forever ONE,
bound only by Heaven.


We offer our courage, devotion,
humility, and compassion.


We imagine that ALL honor
the melody of Eternity
and dance the Soul's Dance.


Do you know that the Memory
of Divine Essence lives in you still?


One Day we will meet again,
with respect for All Loving Creations
without the need for fear or greed;
and in your Loving Innocence,
All Will Re-Member
the Creator's Song!


Until then, We Thank ALL
Who Have Awakened.


We Ask Each of You
to Have the Courage,
and to live always with
Grace & Divine Purpose.


We will continue to send the
Healing Vibrations of Lights

Beloveds,
I ponder the rock of my heart that has broken a million times over, and yet still grows stronger.  Every broken piece floats through the Uni-verse as Love's lesson of Undying Faith.

I Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times. I Give Thanks.  I Give Thanks for each breath and for this journey of life. 

I Give Thanks to the Elders and Ancestors who nurtured us, and Ascended into the Heart of G-d, often too soon for us with broken hearts. 

I Give Thanks for the Undying Faith and Courage of those who whose lives were cut short because of illness or violence and war.  I honor their lives and pray that through Love, they have been able to find their place in Heaven Realm.

I Give Thanks for our Continuing Collective Intention to Love even when our hearts break in the midst of Chaos on Our Earth/Heart.

I Give Thanks for the Gifts of Mercy and Forgiveness offered through Divine Spirit that allows us to believe that the only good answer to Earth's Crisis is to learn to Love One Another.

I Give Thanks for Good Possibility.  No matter how difficult through Love, we are given the Faith to extend a hand, to open our hearts, to heal, and Begin Again.

In my acceptance, even my tears become the honey of Hope, offered humbly with Good Intention and Actions of Love.

I Breathe and Honor this New Day of Grace with Undying Faith!
