"We Are One Only In Love!" "We Are One Only In Love!",  said the Wise Ones.  In my dream those who had Ascended smiled and encouraged me.  "We Are One Only In Love",  said the Wise Ones.   I awakened in tears.  Understanding flowed into the ocean of my heart.   We have wasted thousands of years condemning, fearing and killing eachother selfishly.   We Must Choose.  Divine Spirit offers Only the Breath of Love.   Slowly I Breathe Deeply Ten Times.  In Love and Out Love.  In Love and Out Love. In Love and Out Love. In Love and Out Love... Today, I will share Hope even when I am told there is no room for Hope.   I will Honor the Wise Ones with my Faith and Good Actions.  I embrace their lesson of Oneness.   No Matter the Circumstance,  I have put down my sword.  I walk with a desire to help, and to harm none.   I Choose to Love!  I Have Awakened and Re-membered...   We Are One Only In Love! As People Awaken in Love, We Will Rise Up and Be Inspired by Truth. We Are One Only In Love! 

The Minority who have taken the resources from the Majority, and are living in opulence will find that their reigns are being questioned. 

People will take to the streets and protest with both Dignity and Frustration. People Will Want a Voice in Their Destiny. 

People Will Demand to Be Heard. People Will Continue To Demand the Right to VOTE. People Will No Longer Accept Racism As a Way of Life. 

People will want more for their Children and begin to protest unfair legal, social, political and economic practices that result in discrimination. 

People will no longer accept living in poverty. They will want their Children to have quality education, affordable healthcare, homes filled with a Loving Peace, and Bright Futures with Good Opportunity. 

The Majority of People Will Want Leaders with Compassionate Hearts. This Time Has Come. 

We must all hold a positive, peaceful, nonviolent resolve as we move into an era where more people want to create, live and thrive in Equitable, Respectful Societies! 

Breathe Deeply Ten Times. In Love with Hope. Out Integrity with Purpose! 

Let Us All Vow to Move Forward, and Vision Positive, Loving Societal Transitions with Truth and Reconciliation with the Sharing of Resources and Power!

We Will Own Our Own Good Destiny!

When the glass holding the water of my destiny shattered and broke, I stopped, picked up the pieces of broken promises and gently discarded them.

Now before I move on, I still myself and Breathe In the Oxygen of Love Eight Times. I Exhale confusion and disappointment. I recognize that the glass was too small a container to hold the water of my destiny.

Deeply I Breathe and Exhale, and Breathe and Exhale.

I make a promise to myself. I will learn to swim the rivers and oceans of unknowing. I will climb the mountains of hope and walk across deserts of new understanding.

I will rest on beaches and reflect in the valleys. I will allow the oasis of my heart to become renewed through my consistent discipline and good efforts to grow.

Hate Will Never Win. Evil Will Never Win.

I Will Cooperate With Like-Minded Spirits and Offer Support to Others.
No Glass Will Contain Me or US.

Today with Humility and Love; I Own My Good Destiny!

Feel the Drum Beat!

I Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times as I sit, hear and feel the vibration of prayers of Buddhists, Christians, Jews and Moslems. 

My heart opens Even More as I breathe and exhale again and again.  

Now I feel the Drum Beat calling All Indigenous People who honor Our Mother Earth in her Majesty and Her Waters that Sustain Us.   So many people have forgotten The Mother.  

I Breathe again with Appreciation and Understanding.  I Re-Member to Honor Mother Earth-Heart!  

Every time we choose patience or tolerance; every act of compassion or hope; every faithful word, and action offered with unselfish Love brings Joy to the Mother and Father Creator of Every Uni-Verse.  

Today as I walk to the Rhythm of the Drum;

I Will Breathe In Hope and Patience.  

I Will  Exhale Unselfish Love.

This Culture of Violence and War!

This Culture of Violence and War masked in hopes of freedom promotes the Death of Peaceful Dreams and makes victims not victors!

For no matter what side wins--- the broken hearts, the missing arms or legs, the dead bodies on television,  the sound of bombs, machine guns and mortar mixed with the screams of children, women, and men replay over and over in our brains years later.  

And often in our homes and communities,   Innocent Children Needing Nurturing offer us Love and Attention, which in our woundedness We Ignore!

When will Humanity learn that Compromise, Cooperation, Forgiveness, Truth, Reconciliation and Love for ourselves and our neighbors is the only pathway of a Good Future?

I Breathe and Exhale Deeply Six Times.  I let go of my Fear.   I still my heart and allow Hope to Breathe. Together We Pray for the Continuing Awakening of the Human Collective.

May We Continue Open Our Hearts to the Good Possibility of a Shared Future filled with Compromise, Cooperation, Hope, Education, Equanimity, Forgiveness, Integrity, Truth, Reconciliation, Peace and Love!
