Prayer In Celebration of President-Elect Barack Obama,

44th President of the United States, his wife Michelle,

his daughters Malia and Sasha

and All the People of the Earth=Heart.

Blessed Divine Spirit,

Right now we are filled with joy, and respect for eachother.

Let our lives have new meaning.

Show us how to best do your work, to have patience,

and undying love for All..

Allow us new gratitude and fortitude

filled with courage and laced with strength

as we shepherd in this magnificent new era.

We have voted with our hearts open without fear.

Let us be exuberant in our hope,

ecstatic in our faith

and peaceful in our joy.

There is work to be done.

Our lives are wrought with challenges

but the world community joins us in this new time---

in our desires to heal and nurture our Human Collective.

We are awakening in love

One by one.

We are re-membering

our children and our seniors as special gifts.

The lens for our collective future is clear.

The message is Change.

We are being asked to return to love.

Love is another name for the energy of God.

It moves through each of us

with each breath we take.

Within this love are the seeds

of Grace and Understanding

that allows us to nurture our world gardens of peace.

It is a peace that comes first within our hearts

and is reflected to others.

It is a peace that allows us to take only our share,

to not be wasteful…

to be generous in Spirit, action and deed.

This is how our Garden will flourish

and join with the forest, the ocean shores,

the city plains and hills, the country villages,

the mountains and valleys.

This is how we can move beyond war

and create a world with equanimity

where there is food, housing, healthcare,

economic stability

and new solutions to Earth’s conservation and Global warming,

while honoring our entire sentient family .

Let Us Join Together with President–Elect Barack Obama

Being Thankful...

Being Thankful...  What do we have to be Thankful for? When we are Alive, we learn to be Thankful  for every experience that offers us a moment to awaken within our hearts. I Breathe Deeply and Exhale Four Times. I Say Thank You... Thank You for each moment of Loving Grace. Thank You for each learning opportunity which calls for me to expand and develop in deep understanding. Thank You for each mistake which has given me new wisdom. Thank You for showing me true compassion in the hearts of others, as I learn to meet them heart to heart. Thank You for my tears which show me the unlimited depth of my heart, much like the vastness of your Uni-Verse. Thank You for the disappointment and hard lessons that allow me to learn  to release judgment and discover  new gifts because I am able to let go of my expectations. Thank You for allowing me deep listening, as well as  an incomprehensible space  that leaves me with joy to share. Thank You for the breath of your Loving Grace, and your constant Divine Whisperings  that resides within me and All Others. Thank You for every argument and world tantrum that calls for All of Humanity to let go of our selfishness and greed. Today I let go of my attachment to what I think I know. As I awaken within the Heart of Love, I Embrace the Unknown with  Hope, Infinite Faith and Appreciation for Each Miracle of Life! Hope is dinner with an old friend filled with laughter, a walk in the park, a visit to the musuem or zoo and a word or act of kindness. Hope resides in our hearts and is a special gift to share. Hope is a friend that gives us courage to take a difficult next step and shares comfort in hard times. Hope calms our Spirit and lightens our hearts!  ReMember to Breathe.  In Love. Friends are the Fruit of Our Hearts and Family We Choose!

Beloveds, 

Our Friends are the delicious fruit of our hearts. Some fruit we experience often.  Others are a rare delicacy that we seldom have the opportunity to savor.  Some fruit like oranges, grapefruit, kiwi or mangoes,  we must peel. 

Others Friends are the apples, blueberries, and strawberries of  our hearts.  Sometimes our Friends may even be bananas!

Through Friendship we  learn that just as no fruit tastes the same;  no human has the ability or  capacity to offer us exactly what we give them. 

Friends  may agree or  disagree.  Sometimes Friends may hurt eachother and need to ask for  forgiveness.  Friends may live close or far away.  They may speak often or not  at all.  Other Friends will forever be a mystery.

Most importantly, Friends are the Family We Choose.  When nurtured with integrity,  space and care, our Friendships will always remain the Delicious, Cherished Fruit of Our Hearts.

I Breathe Ten  Times.  I Inhale Deeply.  I Exhale Joyfully.

Today I Am Grateful for Every Friendship that has blossomed, shared and taught me to honor and value the Grace and Mystery of Unconditional Love through the Many Seasons of Our  Lives.

Beloveds,

 In the Time of material greed, corruption, and religious wars, there was a Woman who had traveled far and faced many demons. 

Along the way she had made some good decisions; and some bad decisions that offered good lessons. 

She had helped many people but when she thought she needed help, no one was there. 

She felt disappointed and terribly alone. 

She Prayed for Deeper Understanding.

One day a Wise Man came to her in a dream. He held her hand and wiped her tears. 

He sat quietly with her and watched the Stars as they glistened in the darkness. 

The Wise Man said to the Woman "Trust in the Light - Trust in the Spirit - Know that you will always be a part of who I AM and a part of ME."

The Woman awakened from her dream with New Understanding; feeling safe, nurtured and Loved. 

She felt that the Wise Man was the G-D Living and traveling within Her.

So often the Strong Ones feel that they journey alone, trying to offer others compassion and understanding. 

It is important to remember that We Are Never Alone.

Breathe Deeply and Exhale Slowly Ten Times.

A Prayer for Humanity: A Breathing Meditation to Share Across America and  the World! 

May the Blessings of Love be with All People and Our Sentient Family on Earth/Heart.

May we as humans honor every living thing, and see the magnificent elements and creations of Our Blessed Divine ONE  working together for Good.

May we All Awaken from the nightmare of envy, greed, hate and disdain for eachother.

May we no longer live in fear, or desire power to control and subjugate those who are different.

May we work to create bridges of understanding and equity with Peace in our hearts, our communities, our nations and our Earth/Heart.

May we be models of Love for Our Children so that they feel at ease walking as Beings of Light.

Let Us Breathe and Exhale 10 Times. 

Now Allowing Our Heart Chakra to Expand; 

We Say: 

I am a Lighted Being of Love.  I See, Reflect and Share Love with ALL Around Me.  We Are Lighted Beings of Love.  We See, Reflect and Share Love with ALL Around Us.

Today we Pray that Grace will move through us so that our hearts are filled with compassion and kindness.

If I or you have offended anyone, let us ask to be forgiven. And let us offer forgiveness for those painful memories caused to us by others.

Because We Are ONE In Love; Integrity and Patience become a Singular Thought.

Because I Am, and You Are Lighted Beings of Love, We See, Reflect and Share Love with All Around Us.

We walk the path of Hope and discover Joy in every moment as we breathe.

I am, and You Are Human.  We are learning and becoming; opening to Divine Understanding and Honoring the Good Potential of All.

How Will You Live the Good Answer?

Clear your mind, open your hearts and Breathe Deeply Ten Times.

 All that I write has been said before.  It has been written in our Sacred Texts and lived by the Gentle EarthAngels and Masters who have come to guide us. 

 It is we, as a Collective that must learn to take heed!

 In the World today we are focusing our resources and attention on sustaining the desires and materialist greed of the corrupt.

 Too many millions of us are living in poverty without adequate shelter, education or healthcare or good opportunity to grow and prosper. 

 Too many of us have become drunk with idea of power and materialist success without regard for our Earth and other Sentient Beings.

 Too often, too many of us  listen to and obey those who incite fear as they work to divide us with harmful conflict, violence, terror and un-necessary wars. 

 Only Love with Compassion, Cooperation, Deep Listening, Forgiveness, Hope, Good Intentions, Goodwill, Mercy, Patience Truth and Tolerance Will Heal and Unite Us. 

 Across the Earth/Heart,  We Are Many Cultures, Many Religions, Many People. 

 We Must Learn to Respect Eachother, and to Support those in Need. 

 Our Willingness to Love One Another and to Want for Others the Good We Want for Ourselves is the Most Important Mandate of the World Today. 

 When Will We Learn to Share and Live Together In Peace, With Respect and Love? 

 This is the Question.  How Will You Live the Good Answer?
