We Must Honor and Respect Each Other.    Through our compassionate actions we must call for an end to the many economic, social, spiritual and political injustices; as well as the end of violence and war. Today Allow Your Heart to Awaken. Hidden Figures, A Must See Movie to Honor, Re-Member and Embrace Greatness! Please Take Your Children, Your Elders, Your Friends and Yourselves to See Hidden Figures Immediately!


I didn't expect to cry when I went to see Hidden Figures, a film based on the many contributions  of NASA employees, Dorothy Vaughan, Mary Jackson, Katherine Johnson, and Christine Darden, But Cry I Did.


These African-American Women provided the mathematical calculations that helped increase airline production during the wartime, and eventually for NASA, helping the United States launch a successful Space Program.


I Cried Tears of Re-Membering the Struggles that those before us had gone.
I Cried for the brilliance and the humanity exhibited through courage,  excellence, opportunity and fortitude.   


I Cried Tears of Joy for the Progress we have made in the United States and Prayed that We All Embrace and Honor the Truth....


When Given Opportunity, No Matter Our Ethnicity, Race or Relgion,  We All Can Make Great Contributions to the the United States and World!


Hidden Figures Is An Important Movie that Must Be Seen by Audiences Worldwide!  
The Acting Is Superb. The Storyline Is Our Collective History and Serves As a Re-Membering and an Inspiration for All People Everywhere!

The Rock of My Heart! #IGiveThanks  Beloveds, I ponder the rock of my heart that has broken a million times over, and yet still grows stronger. Every broken piece floats through the Uni-verse as Love's lesson and jewels of Undying Faith.  I Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times. I Give Thanks.  I Give Thanks for each breath and for this journey of Life.  I Give Thanks to the Elders and Ancestors who nurtured us, and Ascended into the Heart of G-d, often too soon for us with broken hearts.  I Give Thanks for the Undying Faith and Courage of those who whose lives were cut short because of illness or violence and war.  I honor their lives and pray that through Love, they have been able to find their place in Heaven Realm. I Give Thanks for our Continuing Collective Intention to Love, even when our hearts break in the midst of Chaos on Our Earth/Heart. I Give Thanks for the Gifts of Mercy and Forgiveness offered through Divine Spirit that allows us to believe that the only Good Answer to Earth's Crisis is to Learn to Love One Another.   I Give Thanks for Good Possibility.  No matter how difficult, through Love we are given the Faith to extend a hand, to open our hearts, to heal, and Begin Again. Beloved Radiant ONES,

Just as trees, flowers and all living things; we are all born from the Seeds of Light and Love.  

Even when our bodies are frail, our Hearts grow strong when nurtured with Love.

Some of us stay here for many years, share wisdom with many others, and learn great lessons.  

Others stay only a short time but their Love guides and gives us courage, strength and new purpose.  

Through them we learn what it is to be happy even when we are very sad!  

We learn to support and nurture eachother and share our special moments. 

Hopefully we learn quickly to say what is in our hearts and to Live With No Regret--- because sometimes we are asked to offer our tender goodbyes when we just became comfortable and said a loving hello! 

And Yes, it is true...
Every beautiful flower will wilt and return to the Earth.
And strong trees may fall in a storm and die.

But the Roots of Love are Eternal and can remain and blossom in our minds and our hearts throughout All Time in the Circle of Life and Love!

Take a moment to Breathe Deeply many times.   Allow Our Mother Earth/Heart to Feel Our Loving Resolve to Accept, Understand, and Nurture and Share with Each Other.

Let Love be felt throughout every organ of the body, and let us open our total  beings so that we become Love’s essence. 

Now, let us honor the beauty of our entire sentient family  including the birds, the dolphins, the   horses, the lions, the elephants and all sentients across the planet.

Let us rejoice as the clouds burst with rain, and we feel the impact of monumental oceans,  rivers and mountains. 

Right now feel Mother Earth’s Love through flowers, fruits,  vegetables, plants, trees, the sparkling sun, the glistening moon, twinkling stars, and the magical rainbow sky. 

Let us each take time to embrace Goodness, then let us share Goodness with each other.

 

 Let us commit to become responsible stewards of the environment of Our Earth/Heart.

Right now let us forgive ourselves, and each other as we learn to release any vestiges of pain, and fear we have of  one another.    

Let us work to cure dis-ease, as well as to promote education, harmony, prosperity and well-being for All.  

We acknowledge ALL as beings of Love, and strive for the best compassionate outcome in every situation.

We understand that we must always reject all violence as an option; and move to the potential and joy of a Loving Prosperous Peace on our Mother Earth/Heart. 

Let us open the doors to our hearts, our homes and our countries to those in need; for ALL are related and connected in Love.

Today we walk with Integrity, Truth and commitment to a Loving Reconciliation.
