When we have no evidence of an outcome but believe in Good anyway, then we have Faith.

Faith is the Energy and the Light of Love that opens the door to the UniVersal Heart.

Within the UniVersal Heart when we are willing to Embrace the Mystery, we can walk with compassion, ask for forgiveness, offer forgiveness, heal and share our collective dream of Love through integrity and kindness.

It is then that Grace moves through us giving Evidence of a Holy Light that magnifies and heals.

Through Faith, we become the Loving outcome of Hope and learn to live as beings of Light and Love.

Today please try to Be Kind and have Faith in the benefit of each Loving Action!

Ten Times Breathe In Love. 

With each breath, Slowly Exhale Love.

Know that You Are the Evidence.  

You Are a Holy Light of Hope!

Believe. Breathe. PRAY.

Beautiful People,

Let Us Breathe Deeply and Exhale Slowly Many Times. 

My heart dreams often…

looking into the eyes of strangers seeing Love, feeling Love.

For they are not strange to me. Often it is a brother or sister, maybe even a mother, a father or a dear friend from a past life.

I wonder do they know me too or are my soul ramblings vivid only to myself?

My thoughts are so intense, viewing yesterdays and tomorrows as if they are today.

The concept of time escapes me.

But come let us travel around the galaxy and share joy.  Our hearts know no limitations for we can be One with the Divine through Love.

‘And what is Love?’  You ask.

Love is a rainbow or a smile glistening like a star at night.

Love is a storm readjusting and cleansing the EarthHeart so that plants will grow and we may feel even the sizzle of an ant and know bliss.

Love is opening your heart and feeling the wisdom of an oak tree or the magical transformation of a caterpillar to a butterfly.

Love is walking along the shore; your feet gently nestled in the sand with ocean water caressing your legs and the smell of a salt breeze kissing your face as you watch the sun set or the moon rise, and ponder swimming with the dolphins.

Love is believing that ALL people are gifts from the Divine and knowing that each of us is related and interconnected with every other sentient being.

Love Is Everything, Everywhere.  Love is co-creating with the Divine.

‘How do we co-create?’  You ask.

Imagine that when your fingers tingle for no apparent reason that That is the Divine teaching you, helping you to understand what it is like when a flower blooms.

Or perhaps when you experience unexplainable tears of joy, your heart is opening, expanding like a womb when a baby is being born.

And so on some level, you too understand the bliss of motherhood.

 You smile.  That is good.

My Spirit Ramblings have often brought me much laughter.

Laughter can release fear and helps us understand one another.

Laughter is for me a desire for Grace.  A desire to reconnect with other Souls.

My heart feels many thoughts around me.  Some are asking…

‘How can we co-create the bliss of Love?’ ‘It is not possible.’  You say.

 Here Is a Question for You…

If it is possible to feel my heart beat “boom ba ba ba boom ba boom ba ba ba boom”;  is it because you remember Love or is it the fear that one you hold dear will leave again?

Do not answer, but muse in your heart.

Re-Member, it is time to Forgive. 

Time Only to Love.

 Now come, let us travel together on our Soul Journey Back to the Divine.

Believe. Breathe. Live. Love.

Beautiful People,

With humility, I take a moment to still myself.  

I Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times.

In every place in my heart where I have felt disappointment, been wounded or wounded another, I offer and ask for forgiveness.

Forgiveness allows me the Gift of Healing.

Healing grants renewal and helps me to Begin Again, in the Newness of Love.

I feel the Love of the MultiVerse embrace me, and offer the Grace of Renewal.

I continue to Breathe.  Slowly I Exhale with each breath, and let go of every thought that is not Love.

I Breathe and offer Gratitude for Life.

I open my heart and feel the lessons of the butterfly, the dove, the dolphin, the phoenix, the flower, the tree, the oceans, the moon, the planets, the stars, ancient beings; and all sentient life woven in the fabric of my DNA of every lifetime.

It is like I am walking on water across many Galaxies into the clouds of Heaven. 

I am reminded that Wisdom of Love offers many lessons of Patience and Fluidity.

Love will always smooth the boulders of the inequity caused by ego, greed, hate and fear.

Unselfish Actions of Love can resolve conflict and un-necessary wars fought by our Collective.

Love's Beginnings are beyond time and serve as an infinite Ocean of Grace that teaches Compassion, Hope, Integrity and Good Purpose.

Love is meant to flow and has no ending.

The Peace and Prosperity that I Desire for Myself, I Desire For All Others.

I Breathe and Exhale Deeply.

Only through Love are we offered  the Gift of Re-Birth and Renewal.

Every Good Dream Is Possible to Manifest through Consistent Effort, Deep Listening, Integrity, Patience and the Grace of Love.

I Humbly Say Thank You to the Infinite Creator of ALL.

Once Again, I Breathe Deeply and Exhale Slowly.

When you have been hurt, wounded or discouraged, simply stop and still your mind.  

Breathe Deeply Ten Times.  

With each breath, Inhale Patience filled with the Oxygen of Love.  Exhale Hurt, Pain and Disappointment. Take Your Time.  Keep Breathing Deeply...

It is true that we are living in a World where egotism, fear, hate, materialism and violence have taken center stage in our economic, social and political arena.  

It is also true that those with small minds may try to destroy those who know Truth with deception and lies.

Those with small minds will try hard to distract you before their own inadequacy or fear of Equity and Good Change is discovered.  

This minority of people often will attempt to sabotage or undermine your positive intentions and actions. 

Evil ones may even try to rain on a joy parade or burst your bubble of enthusiasm and happiness. 

They will use the media to confuse and suppress those who live with Integrity, Good Intention and Purpose.  They will attack the media and call it "fake news" when Truth Is Reported. 

Evil ones will attack Good Efforts of Progress and All those who Speak Out Against Evil.  

YOU will be bombarded with so much negativity that if you are not careful, it can result in a Loss of Hope.  

Do Not Let Evil Paralyze the Goodness In Your Hearts and Our World.

Re-Member Good Will Win through Our Courage, Our Faith, Our Persistent Integrity, Our Positive Tenacity, Our Hope and Our Consistent Good Efforts.  

Focus on Goodness and the Changes we must make to insure a Better World for Our Children.

Please Do Not try to fight evil with evil.  Do not become hateful or seek vengeance with your words.  

Stop filling your minds and hearts with useless evil propaganda.  

Stop discussing, promoting and giving evil a platform.  

Stop Doubting Yourselves.  Stop Creating a Fearful Reality. 

Remember this-- When You Awaken and Walk In Truth, no matter the obstacles;  New Doors will appear through Grace.  

We Must Focus on Ending Systemic Racism and Building Bridges of Creativity, Cooperation, Education, Healing, Equanimity, Justice, Economic Prosperity to Share and Peace. 

Try to Keep Your Hearts Open. Walk Only with Right Thoughts, Words and Actions of Truth.

Love will reward you with the Courage and Faith to live with a Peaceful heart, unlimited creativity, energy and resources to manifest Our Collective Good Dreams.  

Today, Give Thanks for Wisdom, Grace and the Unlimited Power of Love.
