Today, take a moment to still yourself.  Try to clear your mind and your heart. 

Breathe Deeply and Exhale Slowly Ten Times. 

What Do You Have to Be Thankful For?

When we are Alive, we learn to be Thankful for every experience that offers us a moment to Awaken within our hearts.

I invite you to join me as I say Thank You.....

Thank You for Our Children.  May we embrace their Joy and always nurture them with Love!

Thank You for each moment of Loving Grace.

Thank You for each learning opportunity which calls for me to expand, forgive, let go, and develop in Deeper Understanding.

Thank You for each mistake which has given me New Wisdom.

Thank You for showing me true compassion in my heart and reflected by others, as I learn to meet them heart to heart.

Thank You for my tears which show me the unlimited depth of my heart, much like the Vastness of the MultiVerse.

Thank You for the Disappointment and hard lessons that allow me to re-learn that Activism, Is Essential for any Democratic Society if We the Citizens Desire Equity and Equanimity for All. 

Thank you for allowing me Deep Listening, as well as an incomprehensible space which leaves me with Joy to Share.

Thank you for the Breath of Your Loving Grace, and your constant Divine Whisperings that resides within me and All Others.

Thank you for every argument and World tantrum that calls for All of Humanity to let go of our fear, selfishness and greed.

It May Take Time but Through Our Collective, Consistent Good Efforts...

Goodness and Love Will Prevail!  Right Will Win! 

As I Awaken Within Your Heart, 

I embrace the Unknown with Courage, Hope, Infinite Faith, Good Purpose, Gratitude, Integrity and...

Every sentient being is an incarnation of LOVE.

LOVE is another name for

an Exalted Spirit with a palatial heart.

Little did I know that 2 days later (9/11 here in NYC) and throughout the World, we would all be called to search the depth of our hearts and try to begin healing.  

The Truth Is, We Are Still Healing and Struggling with Acceptance of Others. 

Today on 9/10/2023,  I Offer Prayers of Love for Peace, Cooperation and Compassion.  Please Join Me!!

Affirm and Say to Yourself...

"I Begin this Day in Gratitude with Awareness and Love. 

I have the curiosity and hope of a child; with the ability to grow and transform like a caterpillar to a butterfly.

Within me is the flexibility of a monkey, the courage of an elephant, the fearlessness of a lion, the gentleness of a dove and the compassion of a giraffe. 

I Listen Deeply. 

I draw on the wisdom of flowers, trees, rocks, dolphins, oceans, Ancestors, Elders and sentients.

Patience Fills My Heart. 

I Honor the luminosity of our Mother EarthHeart, Stars and Galaxies. 

Most importantly through my thoughts and actions, I Cherish and Honor Our Blessed Creator of ALL That Is, and All That Is Not. 

Today, I walk simply with compassion, care, courage, determination, healing, hope, integrity, respect and appreciation of myself and all others. 

I Am a Vessel Open; ready to share and receive Love.

Full Moon Reflection: Walk In Truth Anyway!

Beautiful People, 

People may ignore you because of where you come from, your social status, your religious beliefs or your race.  

Even your birth family may choose to close their hearts to you when you have been baptized in Love. Walk In Truth Anyway. 

Still yourself and open your heart.   Breathe and Exhale Deeply, Many Times. 

Let go of all the places in your heart where you have been hurt or disappointed, and where you have hurt or disappointed yourself, or others.  

Offer Forgiveness to All, including yourself.  Let Rainbows of Compassion and Humility begin to cleanse your soul.

Keep Breathing Deeply.  Embrace the cloak of Courage and Integrity.  

Every wound gives temporary pain but also is a lesson in acquiring Strength in times of adversity.  

The fractured or broken bones, your muscles, your brain and your tender heart are always healing through your genuine ability to see the Joy in overcoming whatever challenges we face.  This is Life. 

Your Good Destiny lies beyond the disappointments or failures.  Your Destiny  will not be marred by jealous thoughts or petty actions. 

Your Good Destiny Resides In the Heart of Love.  This Is Truth.

Truth is the only way to live as a Being of Love.  Knowing, speaking and being the Truth is how we live Our Purpose.  

No matter the obstacles, Everyone has a Purpose and a Contribution to make on this planet. It is something that only You can do, or say or write in the fabric of time. 

Today Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times. 

Inhale Courage, Integrity, Good Purpose,  Love and Forgiveness.  

Exhale Disappointment, Hurt and Fear... 

Even when you have taken wrong turn, think you are lost or it seems like all the familiar doors have closed...  Please Don't Give Up.   Never Give Up!  

Continue to walk with Hope, Humility Integrity and Compassion.  

You Have Been Baptized In the Waters of Love....

Grace Is  the Voice Calling....

When Will Freedom Come: Remembering the 1963 March on Washington and Civil Rights Foot Soldiers As Dreamers!

Beautiful People, 

There is perhaps no greater gift to society than the Dreamer.  For it is the Dreamer who believes that Good Change Is Possible.  

It is the Dreamer that looks upon a society's inequities and desires a better life for themselves, their families, their neighbors and their Nation. 

It is the Dreamer, who having awakened to the Truth that ALL people are created Equal asks How Will Freedom Come?

On August 28th in 1963, A. Phillip Randolph, Bayard Rustin, Mahalia Jackson, John Lewis, Peter, Paul and Mary, Bob Dylan,  Julian Bond, Odetta, Jackie Robinson, James Baldwin, Marlon Brando, Joan Baez, Paul Newman, Harry Belafonte, Eleanor Holmes Norton, Andrew Young,  Marian Anderson, Sammy Davis Jr., Ossie Davis, Ruby Dee, Malcolm X, Dick Gregory, Diahann Carroll, Burt Lancaster, Dr. Benjamin Mays, Roy Wilkins, Dorothy Height, Whitney Young, and Andrew Goodman, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Clarence B. Jones, (who was MLK's personal lawyer and the draft speech writer for the "I Have A Dream" speech).   

They were all in attendance with 250 thousand Dreamers from across America who gathered in Our Nation's Capitol to rally for jobs, the right to vote, desegregation and equality. 

Some of these Dreamers had been working in their communities, cities and states for many generations to bring about Good Change.

They knew that just attending the March on Washington was an act of rebellion but more importantly, it was an Act of Faith that could bring Change and Hope for their Children.

They were people of all nationalities, religious beliefs and colors. They were clergy,  union members, mechanics, postal workers, railroad workers, pullman porters, butlers, maids, police officers, doctors nurses, educators, college students and people from every occupation imaginable.

There were  grandparents and mothers and fathers who brought their children.  All believed that this country could only live its greatness when Equality and Equal Opportunity became the Law of the Land.

It was Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. who spoke and articulated the Dream that had been swelling in the hearts of many for generations and generations.

We know these 250,000 Dreamers as the Civil Rights Foot Soldiers. Though we may not know their names, today Fifty Years later, we honor the Civil Rights Foot Soldiers their lives, their hopes and their Dreams. 

And Fifty Years later, the message of equality, equity, education, fair employment, Hope and Love continues to deserve our attention; for the work of the Dreamers and Civil Rights Foot Soldiers is Far From Complete.

Freedom Will Come only when we are willing to put down our guns, open our hearts and listen deeply to Truth.

Freedom Will Come only when we Rise Up Together and decide to fix the broken Political, Economic, Educational and Social Systems of Inequity.

But Freedom Will Come!

As we remember The Civil Rights Foot Soldiers, in Our Hearts, we must continue to walk across the Nation with Hope and Strong Resolve.

Then we will hear and sing the songs that mourn the loss of Every Child of Violence and War and Racism and Poverty.  We will call for Peace and sing of Love.

Freedom Will Come when we truly Desire Equity, Education and Prosperity For ALL.

Freedom Will Come when we willingly sit at the table together in Gratitude and share our dreams, our food, our homes, our education and our wealth. 

Freedom Will Come only when we once again notice that Trees bend in reverence as Spring, Summer and Autumn Leaves dance joyfully and teach Our Children that All Humans deserve to be cared for and Loved! 

Freedom Will Come as we Re-Member that for All Our Children we must offer Hope for their Dreams and be willing to share Our Love.

Breathe Deeply In Hope. Out Love.  Again Breathe. In Hope.  Out Love.

How will you honor the Dreamer Civil Rights Foot Soldiers?  Do you remember the Dream?

What will you do today and tomorrow?

How will Freedom come with Love and decide to Live in Our Hearts and Our Nation?

First Breathe.  In Hope.  Out Love!

We Must Once Again Commit to Gather In Our Communities, Cities and States Across Our Nation.

Remembering that ALL Are Created Equally, let us sit at the table together in Gratitude and share our Dreams, our food, our homes, our education and our wealth. 

It is then for the Dreamer, that Freedom Will Come!

Beautiful People, 

#JonBatiste says that World Music Radio is his Love Letter to Humanity.  For me, it is like a wisdom rollercoaster soundtrack of our lives.

Aaah, the lessons I have learned. Learning to Love seeing myself in the other. Walking the path of humility and Integrity with Love.  Music Is Central to Our Being!

With Billy Bob Bo Bob, my heart chakras opened and I felt I was journeying fron Mecca to Austin to New Orleans to New Delhi,  New York to Zurich, Paris to Dakar,  Bahia to Detroit, San Francisco to Seoul, Santa Fe to the Himalayas,  Durban to Maui, Palestine to Ukraine, Cairo to China and every place around and in between and above to Sirius and Galaxies Unknown. 

We Are Stardust and Butterflies.  

Aaaah. Sometimes when we are birthing something new, We Are UNEASY but we must look to our hearts and find Healing, Hope and Oneness in the Great I AM.

Allow Our Mother EarthHeart to Feel Our Loving Resolve to Accept, Understand, Help Heal, Nurture and Share with Each Other.

Let Love be felt throughout every organ of the body, and let us open our total beings so that we become Love’s essence. 

Now, let us honor the beauty of our entire sentient family  including the birds, the dolphins, the horses, the lions, the elephants and all sentients across the planet.

Let us rejoice as the clouds burst with rain or snow, and we feel the impact of monumental oceans, rivers and mountains. 

Right now feel Mother Earth’s Love through flowers, fruits,  vegetables, plants, trees, the sparkling sun, the glistening moon, twinkling stars, and the magical rainbow sky. 

Let us each take time to embrace Goodness, then let us share Goodness with each other.

 Let us commit to become responsible stewards of the environment of Our EarthHeart.

Right now let us forgive ourselves, and each other as we learn to release any vestiges of pain, hate and fear we have of one another.    

Let us work to cure all dis-ease, as well as to promote education, equality, harmony, healthcare,  justice, prosperity and well-being for All.  

We acknowledge ALL as beings of Love, and strive for the best compassionate outcome in every situation.

We understand that we must always reject all injustice or violence as an option; and move to the potential and joy of a Loving Prosperous Peace on our Mother EarthHeart. 

Let us open the doors to our hearts, our homes and our countries to those in need; for ALL are related and connected in Love.

Today we walk with Integrity, Truth and Commitment to Equality, Equity, Healing and a Loving Reconciliation.
