Preparation
Beloveds, The best preparation for life's tribulations is to always align ourselves with good, to walk with a calm, compassionate heart and to act with a peaceful awareness and a willingness to grow in understanding. Through every storm we must hold the space for a loving cooperative resolution!
Melony McGant, poet, storyteller, humanist and world lover of children lives on HOPE; works to breathe in love, and exhales fear (false expectations appearing real).
She says "Perhaps our current challenges are wake-up calls for our collective awakening to truth."
And she believes that the truth is, there is no need for our constant bickering, our disdain for eachother, for wars and killing, for world hunger, massive disease, for discrimination, subjugation, or oppression.
She maintains that LOVE, even on a rainy day, is the answer to our dreams, our individual quests, and our future collective identity. "If we can learn to value our children, our elders, ourselves, and our Mother EarthHeart, then surely we have the power to impact society and to create a world filled with JOY."

Jewel of the Moment
Beloveds, There are so many demands on our time that often we are anticipating what comes next and not fully absorbing the moment we are in. Sometimes it is good to clear our minds and our hearts of all that is before us so that we can embrace simply that moment. Today, slow down and enjoy the beauty around you. Let each moment be special. Offer the gift of your full attention. Discover the jewel of each moment you are in!

When You Are Ready
Beloveds, In our selfishness, we make mistakes. We hurt others. Then we pretend to forgive ourselves and do good. Sometimes our ego helps us make more mistakes. We repeat the cycle. We live and we learn. At some point when we are ready, we begin to tire of our ego and selfishness. The door to compassion opens. Then we ask for and give true forgiveness. We begin to embrace Spirit and honor the Divine in All. This is the breath of love.
Every moment of every day our Creator is asking, "Are you ready yet?" The door to Compassion is Open. Now walk in-- honoring only the Breath of Love!

Twelve Steps To A Compassionate Life
Beloveds,
Re-known author and philosopher Karen Armstrong in her new book "Twelve Steps To A Compassionate Life" states that
"The principle of compassion lies at the heart of all religions, ethical and spiritual traditions, calling us always to treat all others as we wish to be treated ourselves."
How then do/can we live a compassionate life?

Use Your Voice
Beloveds, If you were a bird in a land where birds had forgotten their voice would you sing your song? Today sing your song of kindness. Teach others to be kind simply by your good example! When you sing your song of kindness, other Earth Angels will join you and the melody of hope will become known throughout the Uni-Verse!

Letting Go
Beloveds,
We can hold on to our clutter or false pride and sit on the sidelines of life. Or, re-membering joy, we can let go and allow the gift of Divine Spirit to live within our hearts!
Affirmation"Today I let go of all the clutter in my mind. I open my heart to share and receive only love. Through Eternal Divine Spirit, love becomes the essence of my beautiful life!"

Personal Transformation
Beloveds, Never under estimate the power of love. Love that is pure, sincere and asks for nothing is an agent of personal transformation. Love is the greatest healer, motivator, negotiator, peacemaker and power of the Uni-Verse! Love is the living song our Creator sings. How do you live the song of love?
