My Heart...

Broken in pieces
and pounded
like flour
by the sores of disagreement,
misunderstanding,
violence, and poverty of Spirit
has become like golden stardust
grains that soar throughout
the Multi-Verse
and return reconstructed
as heart shaped seeds of Love
that forever are destined
to plant fields
of Cooperative Hope with Integrity.

The Rains of Faith
nurture the fruit of Patience.

Everyday I am learning
to offer blossoming flowers
of kindness, mercy, understanding,
forgiveness and compassion.

In this way, the desire
for the Reign of Peace
and Spiritual Prosperity
begins to live as
Golden Stardust
Homonyms in My Heart!

I Breathe and Exhale Ten Times.

Beyond the confusion,
deception, egotism
and the evil reality of hate
My Spirit Calls Me...

Today I have Awakened
with Love.

I  will listen deeply
dress my words and actions
with discernment,
and be a Vessel of Hope.

Divine Spirit
easily orders my steps and
provides the protection needed
to Hold the Vision
of Equanimity,
Infinite Good Possibility
and Peace
for the Children
of Many Future Generations!

When I offer my best without expectation, the Multi-Verse teaches me through the songs of Appreciation and Gratitude that travel through the wind and whistle in the cool breeze of the new Fall season.

Musical notes of the song are written in the Autumn Leaves of green, gold and orange mixed with red and purple, like a rainbow bridge that allows me to dance my hopes and sorrows.

My heart beats to the rhythm of exalted joy whenever I have the courage to listen, sing, live, share and honor the Harvest of the Eternal Love Song!

When you have been hurt, wounded or discouraged, simply stop and still your mind. 

Breathe Deeply Ten Times.

With each breath, Inhale Patience filled with the Oxygen of Love. 

Exhale Hurt, Pain and Disappointment.

Take Your Time.  Keep Breathing Deeply.

It is true that we are living in a World where egotism, fear, hate and materialism has taken center stage in our economic, social and political arena. 

It is also true that those with small minds may try to destroy those who know Truth with deception and lies.

Those with small minds will try hard to distract you before their own inadequacy or fear of Equity and Good Change is discovered. 

This minority of people often will attempt to sabotage or undermine your positive intentions and actions.

Evil ones may even try to rain on a joy parade or burst your bubble of enthusiasm and happiness.

They will use the media to confuse and suppress those who live with Integrity, Good Intention and Purpose.

You will be bombarded with so much negativity that if you are not careful, it can result in a loss of Hope. 

Do not let evil paralyze the Goodness In Your Hearts and Our World.

Re-Member Good Will Win through Our Courage, Our Faith, Our Persistent Integrity, Our Positive Tenacity, Our Hope and Our VOTES.

Focus on Goodness and the Changes we must make to insure a Better World for Our Children.

Please do not try to fight evil with evil.  Do not become hateful or seek vengeance with your words. 

Stop filling your minds and hearts with useless evil propaganda. Stop discussing, promoting and giving evil a platform.

Stop Doubting Yourselves. Stop Creating a Fearful Reality.

Remember this-- When You Awaken and Walk In Truth, no matter the obstacles;  New Doors will appear through Grace. 

We Must Focus on Building Bridges of Creativity, Cooperation, Education, Healing, Equanimity, Justice, Economic Prosperity to Share and Peace.

Try to  keep your hearts open. Walk only with integrity along with right thoughts, words and actions of Truth.

Love will reward you with the Courage and Faith to live with a Peaceful heart, unlimited creativity, energy and resources to manifest Our Collective Good Dreams. 

Breathe Deeply.   No Matter What--- Keep Moving Forward! 

Today, Give Thanks for Wisdom, Grace and the Unlimited Power of Love.

Beautiful People,

In the Time of material greed, corruption, and religious wars, there was a Woman who had traveled far and faced many demons. 

Along the way she had made some good decisions; and some bad decisions that offered good lessons. 

She had helped many people but when she thought she needed help, no one was there. 

She felt disappointed and terribly alone.

She prayed for Deeper Understanding. 

One day a few Wise Ones came to her in a dream.  They held her hand and wiped her tears.  They sat quietly with her and watched the Stars as they glistened in the darkness.  

In Unison The Wise Ones said to the Woman "Trust in the Light - Trust in the Spirit - Know that you will always be a part of who I AM and a part of ME." 

The Woman awakened  from her dream  with New Understanding; feeling safe, nurtured and Loved.  She felt that the Wise Ones  were the GOD Living and traveling within Her.  

So often the Strong Ones feel that they journey alone, trying to offer others compassion, hope and understanding. 

It is important to remember that We Are Never Alone. 

Please, Breathe and Exhale Deeply Six  Times.

Remember These Words in Your Heart.... 
"Trust in the Light - Trust in the Spirit - Know that you will always be a part of who I AM and a part of ME." 

Try to walk with Courage, Compassion, Faith, Hope, Integrity, Mercy and a Deeper Understanding.  

Always Remember, Divine Spirit Is Living and Traveling  Within YOU!
