You Brought the Energy of Love and Truth Everywhere You Went.

You Taught Us Integrity, Showed Us Your Humaness, Stood Up for Justice and Gave Us Hope.

We Watched You...You Came Here An Angel with An Awakened Spirit. 

Heaven Blessed You with a Symphony In Your Generous Heart. 

You Played 27 Instruments and We Were Awed. 

Your Melodies Helped Us through Challenging Times.

And Yet Like Marvin Gaye or Michael Jackson and So Many Other Ancestors and Great Ones;

We Didn't Really Listen Or Understand That You Were Heaven Sent. 

Prince, You Have Left Us for Now and Yet, You Will Live In Many of Us.

One Day We Too Will Learn to Cherish Each Moment and Offer Compassion and Kindness and Love. 

Your Creative Genius Is the Blessing that We Will Forever Embrace Beyond Time and Into Eternity.

I Am ONE. We Are ONE! (In This Time of the Coronavirus)

Beautiful People,

I Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times. Today Hope moves through me as I learn Compassion and Humility.   

In This Time of the Coronavirus,  

I Am ONE. We Are ONE!

I Am ONE with all sentient beings…the sky, the clouds, the sun, the rain, the trees that sway and dance in the wind, the animals that walk the Earth, all plant life and ocean life and the birds that greet me in song.

I Am One with the Spirit of Sophia, Moira, Mother Theresa, Mohandis, Malcolm, Martin, John and Edward, as well as  Ruth, Isaac, Joshua, Moses, Mary, Jesus, Khadeeja, Mohammed, Shams, Rumi, Buddha, Kuan Yin, Harriet Tubman and Sojourner Truth.   

I Am One with every family in #AtlanticProvince of #NovaScotia and #Canadians #Chicagoans and  #FamiliesEverywhere mourning mass shootings and killings on city streets & Loved ones lost.

 I Am ONE with all People on EarthHeart who have lost someone they Love, those infected with Coronavirus, or suffering with any illness.  

I Am One with Healthcare Professionals, Essential Workers, Peace Officers, Transportation Workers, Artists and All Helpers and Nurturers across the World.

I  Am ONE with ALL the Sandra Blands, Columbine Victims and Survivors, the Noura Husseins, Jamal Khashoggis, Farkhunda Malikzadas,  Nelson or Winnie Mandelas, Trayvon Martins and Liu Xiaobos of the World. 

I Am ONE with the woman suffering from breast cancer and the man suffering and dying from lung cancer and the women in Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan or Yemen whose family was killed by a drone.

I Am ONE even with the lost souls; hostages and victims everywhere, as well as the brilliant, compassionate wounded veteran or the homeless wise woman pushing  the cart with all her worldly possessions and warning us of our greed; though we don’t often listen and Jesus Christ!

I Am One with the Tibetan who was told by Chairman Mao that religion is poison and every Tibetan across the Earth unable to return to their homeland.

I Am One with the starving children everywhere and victims of gun violence in schools and on city streets. 

I Am One with the American whom we won't call a terrorist as well as with Israeli or Palestinian with a gun in his or her hand.

I Am One with Children Saying Let's #MarchforOurLives and #SaveOurPlanet, who are asking for Better #GunControlLegislation, Safe Communities, Safe Schools and Equal Opportunity to Grow and Prosper with Peace!

I Am One with Ancestors, all those Ascended, every child born at this moment, and the great grand parents who are taking their last breath on this Earth Realm.

I Am ONE with the artist struggling to show us the way and the politician disgraced in shame.

I Am ONE with those who  have Awakened in Love and those filled with disappointment or fear.

Circumstances make no difference to me for I embrace the  journey and see the Divine in those who may not see the Divine in  themselves.

I Am One with All World Leaders who Need More Courage to say  "Let's Work Together" or "Stop the Killing Everywhere" and His Holiness, the Dalai Lama whom asks us to live in Peace.

In my dreams the Buffalo Woman, Yemanya, the Morning Dove and the Golden Hawk guide me as my heart becomes filled with Ancient Prayers of All Traditions.

I Am One with the caterpillar and the butterfly.  

As Jesus Christ Would Say....

I Am ONE. We Are ONE!

I Am One with the Buddhist, the Christian, the Jew, the Moslem, the Bahai, the  Hindu, the Yoruba, the Janist, the Griot, the Naturalist, the One who doesn’t believe in G-d, and the One Lost in their material identity and always needing more….

Today Hope moves through me as Compassion, Humility and  Understanding Become a Way of Life...

For In YOU, I see the Reflection of  Me and know that through Love...

We Will Sow Your Seeds of Light and Love! 

Beautiful People, 

Just as trees, flowers and all living things; we are all born from the Seeds of Light and Love.  

Even when our bodies are frail, our Hearts grow strong when nurtured with Love.

Some of us stay here for many years, share wisdom with many others, and learn great lessons. 

Others stay only a short time but their Love guides and gives us courage, strength and new purpose.  

Through them we learn what it is to be happy even when we are very sad!  

We learn to support and nurture eachother and share our special moments. 

Hopefully we learn quickly to say what is in our hearts and to Live With No Regret--- because sometimes we are asked to offer our tender goodbyes when we just became comfortable and said a loving hello! 

And Yes, it is true...

Every beautiful flower will wilt and return to the Earth.  And strong trees may fall in a storm and die.

But the Roots of Love are Eternal and can remain and blossom in our minds and our hearts throughout All Time in the Circle of Life and Love!

Please Take a Moment,  Breathe Deeply and Exhale Slowly Ten Times.

For All Those Whom We Love That Have Left This Earth, We Call Your Names, and Allow the Memory of Grace In Your Spirits to Help Us Live with Hope.

Your Love Lifts Me Higher!

Beautiful People,

First, to All the Healthcare Workers, First Responders, Essential Workers, Helpers, and Nurturers In Our Global Family During This Time of the Coronavirus, THANK YOU! 

You Are Heroines and Heroes. Your Love Lifts Me Higher.

Now with humility, I take a moment to still myself.  I Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times.

In every place in my heart where I have felt disappointment, been wounded or wounded another, I offer and ask for forgiveness. Forgiveness allows me the gift of healing.

Healing grants renewal and helps me to begin again, in the Newness of Love.

I feel the Love of the MultiVerse embrace me, and offer the Grace of Renewal.

I continue to Breathe.  Slowly I Exhale with each breath, and let go of every thought that is not Love. I Breathe and offer Gratitude for Life.

I open my heart and feel the lessons of the butterfly, the dove, the dolphin, the phoenix, the flower, the tree, the oceans, the moon, the planets, the stars, ancient beings; and all sentient life woven in the fabric of my DNA of every lifetime.

It is like I am walking on water across many Galaxies into the clouds of Heaven. 

I am reminded that Wisdom of Love offers many lessons of Patience and Fluidity.

Love will always smooth the boulders of the inequity caused by ego, greed, hate and fear.

Unselfish Actions of Love work to cure dis-ease, can help in a crisis, such as the Coronavirus Pandemic and resolve conflict or un-necessary wars fought by our Collective.

Love's Beginnings are beyond time and serve as an infinite Ocean of Grace that teaches Compassion, Hope, Integrity and Good Purpose.

Love is meant to flow and has no ending.

The Peace and Prosperity that I Desire for Myself, I Desire For All Others.

Only through Love are we offered  the Gift of Re-Birth and Renewal.

Every Good Dream Is Possible to Manifest through Consistent Effort, Deep Listening, Integrity, Patience and the Grace of Love.

I Humbly Say Thank You to the Infinite Creator of ALL.

Once Again, I Breathe Deeply and Exhale Slowly.

My Heart is filled with Profound Gratitude! As Global Citizens We Think Globally and Act Locally.

Today was a day of challenges but I continue to Breathe Deeply In Gratitude!

 This is one of my favorite memories!  I love dolphins and feel connected to them. My heart knows that I was very blessed to have had the opportunity to swim with the dolphins in Cancun some years ago.  

Though I have no idea what the future holds in this Time of the  Coronavirus, I am willing to  Breathe Deeply and Embrace the Mystery of Life!
