There are those who believe that anger is a healthy emotion. True we are human and we may feel many emotions. When we do feel anger, we should use that energy to search for understanding and to work to resolve the problem in a good way without causing harm to others! When we feel anger we should ask for understanding, wisdom, mercy and compassion in order to do more good and bring good change!
