All Dreams Need Patience and Good
Nourishment! Set your table of
understanding. Pour a little olive oil
in a pan of hope and let it heat. Add
some asparagus of wisdom and courage.
Next throw in some julienne carrots to help you see with clarity and
baby tomatoes to nurture the dreams of your heart. Stir it gently, with
patience. Add fresh ginger, a little
garlic, pepper and a few cranberries to
taste a little sweetness and joy. Then sauté it all so that you can feel the
healthy spice of life.
Place your
beautiful cooked offering on your plate with love. Say Thank YOU in Gratitude for your fresh
thoughts and your Meal of Grace. Eat slowly so that you digest each morsel
well.

Food For Life
Melony McGant, poet, storyteller, humanist and world lover of children lives on HOPE; works to breathe in love, and exhales fear (false expectations appearing real).
She says "Perhaps our current challenges are wake-up calls for our collective awakening to truth."
And she believes that the truth is, there is no need for our constant bickering, our disdain for eachother, for wars and killing, for world hunger, massive disease, for discrimination, subjugation, or oppression.
She maintains that LOVE, even on a rainy day, is the answer to our dreams, our individual quests, and our future collective identity. "If we can learn to value our children, our elders, ourselves, and our Mother EarthHeart, then surely we have the power to impact society and to create a world filled with JOY."
