Beloveds---


Four Times I Breathe Deeply and Welcome the New Day.  

In Respect and Appreciation for Good.  
Out Kindness and Love.  

Each breath gives me new fortitude and the courage 
to offer Respect and Appreciation to myself and all others.  

Again I Breathe Deeply Four Times.  

Today because I have the courage to embrace good;  
my thoughts and actions will be filled with Kindness and Love!
