My Morning Stroll/Eid Mubarak

Breathe Deeply and Exhale Slowly Ten Times. In Courage and Love. Out Courage and Love. In Courage and Love. Out Courage and Love.... 
Imagine that your heart is filled with Compassion, Gratitude and Integrity with Love.

Now together let Us Honor All People and All Faiths Across the Earth-Heart.
Today, what will it take for us to respect our Muslim Family or neighbors and to offer the simple yet powerful greeting of Eid Mubarak? 
An Open Heart? Yes.

This morning I walked down the street where a Mosque sits. Many double parked cars lined the entire block. Children, Women and Men filled the sidewalks along with Prayers Rugs and Vendors.

Beautiful People in all their finery were gathering for Prayers As the Holy Month of Ramadan Ends and the 3 Day Celebration of Eid Al Fitr Begins.
How Glorious a sight it was. How Wonderful it felt to have many greet me with smiles as I said Eid Mubarak!

I thought also about what difficult times we are experiencing. 
Across the World terror appears to rape and impregnate Peaceful Hearts with Fear. Families and Communities Mourn. But unlike some people, I know that ISIS Is NOT Islamic.

Misguided humans of All Faiths have made Hate a mantra and use it to justify harming and killing others.

I Pray that We All Embrace Compassion, Dignity and Peace. 
May We Learn to Respect Eachother and Offer Our Hands and Hearts in Kindness.

May We All Have the Courage to Stand Together and Let Love Be Our Mantra of Hope, Deep Listening and Cooperation.
