Beloveds,   In today's society, even those we say we Love, we judge!   We want others to act, dress, walk, and talk in a way that makes us feel superior.  Some people make unfair judgments and put others who are different down; instead of Lifting Them Up! Often, we forget to say Thank You for the many Kind gestures offered.  We take Kindness for Granted. We ignore the Good in front of us, and focus on the sensational. In fact, we have been conditioned to manipulate others; to fight and to use words that harm even when we talk of Peace. Good Communication requires a willingness to Stop, Listen, Learn and Reflect Understanding.   Take a moment to clear the pathway of your Heart.  Decide to Listen Deeply. Decide to Focus on Goodness.   Breathe Deeply In and Out Four Times.    Breathe In Gratitude for Every Act or Conversation of Hope.   Breathe Out Compassion and Love.
