Van Gogh Expo Is Magical and a Must See!

Failure Is a Pathway to Success!

Beautiful People, 

Growing up, My MOMBetty had a wide assortment of beautiful artwork in our home. John Biggers, Cantini, nail sculpture from DINGBAT, Frank Frazier, Papyrus from Egypt, wooden masks, drums and statues from Africa, silk art from Asia and a print of Van Gogh's Sunflower. 

I was enchanted by all of it.  She told me the story of Van Gogh and his struggles with mental health. I was horrified that he cut off his ear but loved the vibrant colors of his work. 

I bought my ticket for June 14th but had to change it to assist an elder. I bought another ticket for the Thursday, 17th of June but fell on Monday and was having difficulty walking. I couldn't get there. 

Van Gogh wrote that "Success is sometimes the result of a whole series of Failures."

Today I went not knowing if they would honor my ticket. I met Rich Nicoletti (Mulligan Security) who called Zachary Thompson (Skylight On Vesey).

Zach came outside to see me and called Jessica Eggers. Since I had difficulty walking, @zac_thompson escorted me up to the Van Gogh Exhibit on the elevator. @jesseggers_

is the Fever Onsite Coordinator.

She upgraded me to VIP so I could experience the Virtual Reality portion.  What a Beautiful Blessing of Success!

Jessica and the entire team are compassionate and made me feel comfortable. 

This Magical Van Gogh Exhibit is Kid Friendly and Handicap Accessible.

I highly recommend that you attend this affordable, educational, family oriented magical  Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience  at the historic Skylight at 

300 Vesey in NYC.

Today with Gratitude We Honor and Celebrate the Miracle JUNETEENTH As a National, Federal Holiday. 

Special Thanks to  #PresidentJoeBiden  #VicePresidentKamalaHarris, the #USCongress and the #USSenate.

Take a Moment to Breathe. 

We also remember all that our #Ancestors endured and know that the #generationaltrauma from the time of slavery lives within us.

We know from the recent murders of #AhmadArbery, #BreonnaTaylor #GeorgeFloyd and so many, many others that modern day #lynchings do exist. 

Though JUNETEENTH represents the #EmancipationProclamation,  with this #Awakening so much has come to light and up until today there is #systemicracism in law enforcement, the judicial system and throughout our entire society.  

There is Jim Crow in education, healthcare, housing, the judicial and prison system. There are inequitable economic opportunities.  

There is #gerrymandering and #votersuppresion and an #ElectoralCollege that is based in the roots of #chattelslavery and #systemicracism.

But also within us lives Our Ancestors Courage, Dreams, Hope and Love.

It Is Time for #GoodChange and #Healing Based In #Equality with #Equity and #GoodOpportunity. 

In the United States, As We #MoveForward together with #GoodPurpose, #ForOurChildren

 let us  be a Beaconof Light for the World and tenderly acknowledge that We Still Have Work to Do!

With compassion, hope, integrity, tenacity and Love, let us actively continue to work to dismantle #systemicracism as we build bridges of compassion and cooperation to ensure equal opportunity and justice with Prosperity for #ALLPEOPLE.

This JUNETEETH Holiday allows us to take time to Pause and Celebrate. May we begin this New Chapter and Focus #Reconciliation and #Healing  with a #ResurgenceOfHope.

For years Libra had been inviting me to visit her in Senegal but I just couldn't seem to fit it in my travel schedule. 😊  Then one day I mentioned to her that I was going to Morocco. 

And Libra said..."Since you are going to be so close, you MUST COME to Senegal!"

It took some Breathing and rearranging but I went to Morocco And Senegal and It Was Glorious!  Here We Are at the Beach in Saly, Senegal!  And Believe Me, My Heart Is Still Singing With JOY!

More than 400 years ago on Goree Island (Dakar, Senegal) Africans were crammed into a stone prison by Europeans before they were loaded on to ships and taken to the Americas.  

Look at the singular window that represents the Point of No Return.   So many of us died in that Middle Passage.  

Many of us are the Descendants  of Powerful, Courageous Ancestors of Africa, North America and South America.

We Lost Much and Yet We Retain Our Dignity and  Love.

Never Forget.  The  Fact that We Exist Is a Miracle. 

Let Us Continue to Build Bridges of Compassion and Cooperation with Healing, Hope and Integrity. 

Let Us Embrace Creativity and Commit to Educate Our Children with Excellence. Tell Our Stories. Document Our History On EarthHeart.

Let Us ReMember, Build, Manifest and Share Prosperity In Peace.

Love is walking in Peace and sharing compassion, offering hope and tender words to yourself and others so that you let go of old fears and heal hearts with Forgiveness, including your own heart.

Only when we believe that Love does not harm, is not selfish and does not envy will we experience the bliss of life.
