Be Still

Beloveds,

Many of us live in a state of anxiety.

We forget that our stillness
can help calm and relax us.

Another benefit is that
when we become still,
we are able to experience
an emptiness and a profound peace.

And in our stillness,
we re-connect with Spirit.

When our mind and body
stop the chatter,
MotherFatherGod
begins the conversation.
