UN WOMEN Gathering and Changing the World!

UN WOMEN Gathering and Changing the World!

Beautiful People,

I Was So Blessed to Attend Events at the UN WOMEN NGO CSW62!  It is Evident that Women Are Working to Change the World.  I learned about projects of education, entrepreneurship, bringing clean water to rural areas, empowering women and girls, building bridges of cooperation through social justice programs which promotes equality and opportunities.

Time and time again, the importance  deep listening and of honoring the work of Circles where everyone has a voice was stressed in every interaction.

I had inspiring conversations with Goabaone Maipelo Banyaditse,  Beblon G. Parks, Dr. Martha Llanos from Peru, Tina Lehman, Angeles NDOUBE from the Cameroon and Women from Nepal, South Africa, Botswana, Nigeria, Taiwan and Mali.

What a pleasure to meet the Beautiful Wife of Deepak Pariyar, my former classmate at URI Nonviolence 13th Summer Institute at the Artisan Fair.

Here are a few photos taken during the Artisan Fair at the United Nations Church Center!

Special Thanks to Dr. Martha Llanos, Ann Smith, Dr. Lauren Oliver, Earth Child Institute (ECI),  Grandmother's Circle the Earth (GCE) and the International Public Policy Institute (IPPI)

Always, Melony
