So many of us attend Churches, Mosques, Synagogues, Temples or Religious Gatherings and listen to messages of Dogma.

We pray that we are right and walk out the door with selfish intent that dictates unholy actions. 

Acceptance, Compassion and Respect for Others means letting go of ANY dogma that promotes superiority over another.  

Breathe and Exhale Deeply Many Times  so that you are able to clear your heart of the dogma of separation.  

True Love is driven by compassion, good discernment, gratitude, hope, integrity, kindness, kinship and respect for All.

 Breathe again and again; until you hold a commitment to listen deeply.

 Allow Love, with its Holy Spirit of Cooperation and Grace to be the consistent motivation and force in your every thought and action!

I am ONE with all sentient beings…the sky, the clouds, the sun, the rain, the trees that sway and dance in the wind, and the birds that greet me in song.

I am One with the Spirit of Sophia, Mother Theresa, Mohandis, Malcolm, Martin, John, and Edward, as well as  Ruth, Isaac, Joshua, Moses, Mary, Joseph, Jesus, Khadeeja, Mohammed, Shams, Rumi, Buddha, Kuan Yin and Sojourner Truth.

I am ONE with the woman suffering from breast cancer, the man suffering and dying from covid and the child in Afghanistan, South Sudan, Syria or Yemen whose  family was killed by a drone.

I am One with the women and men  standing in dignity and truth as we all reconcile that sexual and verbal abuse is wrong and has no place in our society.

I am ONE with the with the homeless woman pushing a cart with all her worldly possessions and warning us of our greed though we don’t often listen.

I am One with the Tibetan who was told by Chairman Mao that religion is poison and every Tibetan across the Earth unable to return to their homeland.

I am One with the all those starving children and families  everywhere, and the Israeli or Palestinian with a gun in his or her hand.

I am One with All those Ascended, every child born at this moment, and every person taking their last breath on this Earth Realm.

I am ONE with the artist struggling to show us the way and the politician disgraced in shame.

I am ONE with those who  have Awakened in Love and those filled with disappointment, envy, fear or hate.

Circumstances make no difference to me for I embrace the journey and see the Divine in those who may not see the Divine in  themselves.

I am One with All World Leaders who need more Courage to say stop the injustice and killing everywhere and the Dalai Lama, Rev. William Barber and the many other Wisdom Teachers across the EarthHeart who are asking us to embrace and support the Poor among us and learn to live in Peace with Equity, Opportunity and Prosperity for All.

In my dreams the Buffalo Woman, the Morning Dove and the  Golden Hawk guide me as my heart becomes filled with Ancient Prayers of  All Traditions.

I am One with the caterpillar and the butterfly. 

I am  One with the Bahai, the Buddhist, the Christian, the Hindu, the Jew, the Moslem, the Yoruba, the Janist, the Naturalist, the One who doesn’t believe in G-d, and the One Lost in their material identity and always needing  more….

Today Hope moves through me as I dream of compassion, healing, humility, integrity, joy, respect and understanding Becoming a Way of Life for All...

When I look at this photo from my senior year (1972)  at Our Lady of Mercy Academy, I am reminded that I have always been unique, rebellious and followed my own drummer.

Muthoni was a name given to me by a family friend from Kenya. He told me it meant kind, comforting woman.  I think that is what he thought I would become, not who I  was at the time.  

To my younger self I would say...

You Are Amazing, Brilliant and Compassionate. Develop in Goodness. Listen Deeply, Live with Joy and ReMember to Breathe!

This Holiday Season, I Am Grateful for every experience (good or bad) that has made Me Who I Am today!

Live With Grace: A December Solstice 2021 Meditation!  

Beautiful People, 

Thank You for your unique contributions to healing our EarthHeart. 

Many Great Ones Have Left Us and Ascended to the Heaven Realm. 

Though we miss them, in these transitional times, it is important to feel connected to All That Is, and to ReMember that We Are Not Alone.   

Our Loved Ones Ascended Are the Angels All Around Us. Let Us Honor Them with Our Goodness!

Take a Moment to Still Yourself.  

Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times.

Re-Member also, the trees and plant life that give us oxygen to Breathe Love and Share Joy.  

Birds and other animals bring us Divine messages and support. It is now that we too must find joy within our hearts and share it with others.

I know from personal experience that sometimes our gifts may be rejected. Still as we give, GRACE moves through us and gives us courage to give again, and again with more LOVE.

For many of us, the day to day concerns of life are very challenging. Collectively, shadows of fear have gained an unusual strength, and are creating havoc on our glorious EarthHeart. 

Conflict, confusion, unnatural violence, and lack of appreciation for each other have many of us, even global leaders living in a state of anxiety. 

Some are wearing fear as a second skin and causing irreparable harm. Others of us are carrying the pain and hurt of rejection. 

We are all beings of LOVE.  It is time to release our mental swords of fear. 

I ask each of you to release your personal cloaks of fear and pain into the UniVerse. 

LET THEM GO NOW. As we are able to do this, JOY and innocence will move through us as a Rainbow of Grace.

Whether or not we are aware, there is a tiny doorway waiting for each of us to step through. 

It is here, in this small opening of Eternal Light that we can re-discover Hope and align ourselves with our true nature and a Divine Spirit.

It is time for us to organize our lives with humility, compassion, lovingkindness and creativity. Right now, we each have the opportunity to re-member our inherent wisdom.

We can use our intuition by magnifying the mustard seeds of LOVE. This will allow us to share our hope and courage so that we are able to have right words, and right actions for each personal, community or global situation.

Let us each re-commit to creating a World of Equity, Sustainability and Peace. 

Let our individual joy and cooperation act as Beacons of Light to assist others in regaining Hope and experiencing Healing. 

Let us each believe in our own inherent Goodness without a shadow of a doubt! For as we believe it--- so it shall be.

It is within the Miracle of LOVE that Crystals Reflect Rainbows of JOY! 

Let us live in the moment with appreciation, faith and hope.

Let us sing songs of compassion as we re-commit to walk with integrity, kindness, understanding, and a Dedicated Spirit of LOVE.

For thousands of years all violent thoughts & actions, ego, envy, hate & greed or guns & wars said to bring Peace have been based in evil & misunderstanding.

Duality Exists.  Evil exists but over time, though it may be eons; Ultimately, Our Good Potential Will Prosper.

No matter what goes on in the World, WE have a responsibility to live with compassion, humility & integrity with Truth inspired by Love. 

Only then through the Creator's Blessing of Love will we be able to truly see and appreciate the magnificence of Our EarthHeart.   

Let us embrace the full moon in the sky, the fish, dolphins & whales in the oceans, trees, flowers, vegetables, birds, bears, giraffes, lions and all sentient beings as purposeful and interconnected in Love.
