Beautiful People, 

Take a moment and Breathe Deeply....

I have heard many conversations about people hesitant about Social Distancing, Wearing a Mask and taking the Covid Vaccine. 

This concerns me.  People that I know who call themselves #Woke are encouraging their followers to not follow CDC Guidelines. I am disappointed in some of my Spiritual Colleagues who are Giving Bad Counsel. 

Too many of us are mourning Loved Ones who are no longer here.  Prayers Up  for All. 

We must protect ourselves and our families.  Please, wash your hands often, wear a mask (double up) and  if it is available take the COVID-19 Vaccine. 

I am US Navy Vietnam War Era Veteran. 

Today a very kind nurse named Stacey gave me a shot with the Pfizer-Biotech Covid-19 Vaccine at the VA Medical Center on E. 23rd Street in NYC.

And yesterday,  my precious MOMBetty received the vaccine from her physician in Pittsburgh. 

Stay Safe. Please Join Me and Get the Vaccine. 

Special Thanks to Healthcare Workers and Essential Workers.  Let's Help Them Help Us. 

Please, wash your hands often, wear a mask (double up) and  if it is available take the COVID-19 Vaccine. 

Let's Pray.... for our Loved Ones  who are now Ancestors, for Families trying to survive In these difficult times and for the dismantling of Systemic Racism. 

We Pray also for Good Change so that our children and our childrens children can grow and be nurtured  with good health and education in safe, beautiful communities and Prosper in Peace with Love and Unlimited Opportunities.
