An Affirmation of Good Intention! Beloveds,  Take a moment to clear your mind and still your heart.  Now Breathe Deeply and Exhale Slowly Ten Times.  In Courage, Hope and Good Intention. Out Courage, Hope and Good Intention.... Let Us Thank Blessed Divine Spirit for each and every Blessing, Lesson and Miracle that has manifested in our lives, and the lives of all others throughout Every Uni-Verse.  It is time to End ALL Violence. Time for forgiveness, and a massive healing so that we begin to accept that separation of any kind moves us away from Our Collective Self.  WE ARE ONE in mind, body & spirit.  We each have a responsibility to open our hearts, and to learn to Share and Love Unselfishly. If asked "how does one fight Hate?" then we must consider this response--- "We Don’t "Fight";  Instead We Teach by Example because the idea is to Grow, Nurture and Help ALL Transform In Love."  In this way, We Honor Our Creator and merge with Divine Consciousness.  This is our Spiritual Journey. This is the reason why We Are Here On Mother Earth=Heart. For some of us, then the question becomes, “How do I maintain my identity?”. The only true Eternal Identity that we have is to be ONE In Spirit. That is not to say that we should ignore our individual Birth Cultures.  On the Contrary….  An important part of our journey to Divine Spirit is to have an Appreciation, Respect  and Understanding of the Many Paths that We, and Our Hopeful Ancestors have taken. For Many, this Journey to Love has been long, arduous and filled with mis-understanding. There are those who have committed  heinous crimes against others. They have used their power to control, manipulate and subjugate others.  These Unholy Actions Must End! Reconciliation, Hope and Healing Occurs Only When We Acknowledge Truth.  Through Our Hopeful Awakening, we can continue to learn and to see more clearly; to call for equality, equanimity and good opportunity for All. We must continue  work to live with understanding, compassion, and a strong positive sense of self, which is OUR her and his story. Please Speak this Affirmation of Good Intention... "Today I Pray for Strength, Courage, and Hope. I Release my Fear.  I Speak the Truth with Integrity. I Honor My Hopeful Ancestors.  I Nurture Elders, My Children, My Family and Community.  I Believe in Economic, Educational and Spiritual Empowerment. I Walk As a Leader, a Diplomat and a Visionary. I Look at My Brothers and Sisters, Some Lost.   I Open My Heart, and Hands to Show the Way.  Together We Stand in the Reflection Pool of Our Hopeful Ancestors, and Join Them in Hope and Celebration of the Ongoing Journey to Awakening, Re-membering, and Being Love …." Thank you Mother Earth/Heart for your nurturing Spirit; and for sharing your gift of trees, plants, vegetables, flowers as well as the rivers, lakes and oceans; and for your constant re-birth.

Thank you Songbird, for teaching us the Morning Song of Hope and Praise we now sing to our Blessed Creator.

We Welcome This New Day of Hope and Possibility with Hearts of Patience, Peace and Love!

Beloveds, 

I sit quietly in Contemplation.  

I Breathe in with Hope.   With each breath I Exhale my desire to live in Peace. 

 Deeply I Breathe  Six Times.  In Hope and Respect for Humanity.  Out Wisdom and a Desire to live in Peace.  

My heart fills with Good Potential.   

Each Breath Becomes a Prayer I Offer.  

May we find a way to put down our weapons, release our fear or hatred and listen to each other with care, compassion, empathy, and respect.  

May Love cause us to Awaken in Peace and offer our hands in friendship.  

May we honor our cultural differences and embrace the idea that we are more alike than different. 

We All Need the Oxygen In the Air to Breathe. 

When we cut eachother with words or harm eachother with guns, bombs, drones or violent actions, We All Discover Pain and Suffering. 

We All Share this Planet.  May we be wise enough to understand the value and Loving Potential of our lives. 

May we want the Good for others that we want for ourselves.  May we Share Our Resources to with those in need. 

May we Nurture and educate Our Children with Good Dreams and Peaceful Hearts of Love.

Beyond Duality: A Re-Membering! 

Beloveds, 

Many of us laugh, as we cry tears of joy.

Many of us laugh as we cry tears of despair.

This duality is puzzling to me.

Do you understand duality?

As I attempt to understand,

sometimes I feel as if my heart is broken

only to be mended together by thoughts of LOVE.

Uni-Versal Divine LOVE.

How can we look into the eyes of our children

and not want to create Universal Divine LOVE???

Often I imagine a new world, a better world.

Do you ever imagine a world

without fear and envy or manipulation….

a world of equity and peace?

Throughout the centuries,

many have forged a way of LOVE.

I re-member and am encouraged.

Perhaps we could join together in a Circle of LOVE.

Let us build our Rainbow Bridge

across the Earth and create ONE HEART.

Right now, in this moment,

imagine that our bridge embraces all people, all cultures.

The Sun rises feeling glorious

and travels around Earth sharing warmth and light.

The Moon smiles as she rocks us to sleep at night.

We, all of us are committed

to educating our children, honoring our seniors,

curing all disease, nurturing all people,

celebrating all cultures,

and finding new ways to heal 

our hearts and our planet.

We are embraced by A Singular Divine Thought.

Hands are extended. Hearts are open.

Forgiveness is asked for and given.

Knowledge is shared. Healing transpires.

LOVE is Re-membered and Reborn . 

JOY is recreated.

There is nothing but LOVE.

Perhaps you too share this Dream.

I imagine that you are smiling right now.

Beloveds,

With humility, I take a moment to still myself.

I Breathe and Exhale Deeply Six Times.

In every place in my heart where I have felt disappointment, been wounded or wounded another, I offer and ask for forgiveness.  

Forgiveness allows me the gift of healing. 

Healing grants renewal and helps me to begin again, in the Newness of Love.

I feel the Love of every Uni-Verse embrace me, and offer the Grace of Renewal.

I continue to Breathe.  Slowly I Exhale with each breath, and let go of every thought that is not Love.

 I Breathe and offer Gratitude for Life.

 I open my heart and feel the lessons of the butterfly, the dove, the dolphin, the phoenix, the flower, the tree, the oceans, the moon, the planets, the stars, ancient beings; and all sentient life woven in the fabric of my DNA of every lifetime.

 It is like I am walking on water across many Galaxies into the clouds of Heaven.  

I am reminded that Wisdom of Love offers many lessons of Patience and Fluidity.

 Love will always smooth the boulders of the inequity caused by ego, greed, and fear. 

 Unselfish Actions of Love can resolve conflict and un-necessary wars fought by our Collective.

 Love's Beginnings are beyond time and serve as an infinite Ocean of Grace that teaches Compassion, Hope, Integrity and Good Purpose.

 Love is meant to flow and has no ending. 

 The Peace and Prosperity that I Desire for Myself, I Desire For All Others.

 I Breathe and Exhale Deeply.

 Only through Love are we offered  the Gift of Re-Birth and Renewal.

 Every Good Dream Is Possible to Manifest through Consistent Effort, Deep Listening, Patience and the Grace of Love.

 I Humbly Say Thank You to the Infinite Creator of ALL.
