Assigning Blame

Beloveds,

When someone offers you
their trust
and seeks your counsel,
regarding a difficult situation,
try not to say
" I think it was your fault".

They may have been honestly
seeking understanding.

They may have come to you
looking for support so they
could be a better person.

Once we assign blame,
communications often break down
and it becomes harder to
create a win, win resolution.

Today, try to truly listen
with compassion.

Be a builder of bridges,
not a breaker of hearts
!
