Be Courageous! #AllLivesMatter!

Be Courageous!  #AllLivesMatter!

"Despite the massive earthquake, the courageous Nepalese are displaying
compassionate volunteerism and resilience for resurrection today."-- Dr. Devkant Joshi, A Friend and Nepalese Educator

The last few weeks have offered a series of  a wake-up calls. Control of our personal destinies has in some cases been taken momentarily out of our hands and it leaves us feeling vulnerable.
Whether we are feeling the aftershock of  the pain of the earthquake in Nepal,  current economic waves, mourning the death of Freddie Gray and other Loved ones or personally know of, or are someone suffering from lack, inequity or poor health;  the result is the same, It Makes Us Feel Helpless.

For some of us, safety and security has been taken away, and all that re-mains is for us to be still for a moment--- and just wait and see.

Yes, these are trying times.  It is a time that calls for us to re-evalute our lives, and our purpose.
We also have the opportunity to make Compassion, Courage, Deep Forgiveness, Hope, Kindness, Patience, Respect and Love the Important Action Steps In Our Lives.

Breathe  and Exhale Deeply Ten Times!

Today  Allow Compassion, Courage, Deep Forgiveness, Hope, Kindness, Patience, Respect and Love  To Live In Your Heart.

Remember the words of my dear friend Dr. Devkant Joshi, a school principal in Nepal--- Be Courageous!   Keep Breathing Deeply with Love!

Work Together to Male Life Better Because #AllLivesMatter!  And For Every Breath of Love,  Give Thanks!

Always,  Melony
Peace is Possible through Compassion, Forgiveness, Kindness, Mercy, Respect, Understanding and--- The Grace of Love!
