Joy and Sorrow...

Joy and Sorrow...

Beloveds,

When  we lose our confidence, our jobs, or our homes...

When we learn that we are ill and cannot be cured...

When we find that our sons and daughters or other family and community members have been brutally murdered needlessly...

Or when we say our final goodbyes to Loved Ones...

We Discover what it Feels like to be Broken.

Sometimes, it seems like Sorrow is forever knocking at our door.

How do we pick up the pieces of our broken lives?

We Open the Door to Love.

With Love will come dear, old friends Compassion and Mercy.

They are like Sunshine to the Clouds of  Sorrow.

And then, there are the tender moments and times of forgiveness and healing that bring the Rainbows of Joy.

Rarely in life does one travel without the other.

Today Breathe Deeply and Exhale Slowly at least 10 Times.

Through Hope with Integrity, we must try always to find the place within our hearts that allows us to offer ourselves, and others Compassion and Mercy.

Time and time again, it has been proven that even in our brokenness, somehow we can become more Energized.

Somehow, we find the Courage and Faith to Speak Our Truth...

We Reaffirm and Live with Good Purpose.

And through our efforts, we are given the fortitude and new understanding so that we are better able to extend our hands and hearts with Cooperation!

And so we learn that even when Sorrow comes, Hope and Joy visit through simple acts of Kindness and Unity;  and are ever-present to see us through disappointment or difficult times; and hold us tenderly with Love!

This We Call Grace!

Today, Breathe Deeply and Exhale Slowly Many Times.

Let Us Honor Our Hopeful Ancestors by
Re-membering....

Peace of mind, body and heart, as well as Spiritual Prosperity Are Possible.

It Is Time for our consistent actions of compassion, cooperation, courage, creativity, entrepreneurship, forgiveness, fortitude, hope, integrity, kindness, mercy, patience, respect, understanding with wisdom and Unity...

It Is Time to Honor and Embrace...
The Gift of Love!

Always, Melony
