People will have disagreements and some will raise their voices, point their fingers in your face or even call you a liar.  

These are the Bullies of the World. 

They are looking for Love.  

Forgive them and continue to listen deeply, be kind, firm and respectful. 

In a Democracy, there will be  disagreement.

 Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times.  

Now, commit to live your practice of Integrity and Kindness.

In the United States, All elected officials work for "We, the People". 

It is time to Insist on Accountability,   Integrity, Equity, Equality, an End to Gerrymandering and Good Opportunity for All People.

Become the Change and you will Help Your Children Bring Generations of Goodness.  

Work to Have Our Voting Rights Restored.

Vote in Every Election.  

Work to Create a More Equitable Society.
